Abstract
Rumah Sakit Cijantung Kesdam Jaya merupakan Rumah Sakit yang berada dibawah naungan TNI AD di Jakarta Timur didirikan pada 9 November 2001 kemudian diresmikan pada 22 januari 2002. Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui adakah Hubungan kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Cijantung Kesdam Jaya, Jakarta Timur 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain peneliti Cross Sectional pada bulan November 2021. Peneliti ini menggunakan populasi kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Cijantung Kesdam Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Dengan metode, teknik purposive sampling yang sebanyak 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner yang dilakukan oleh kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi rank spearman dan selanjutnya untuk mengetahui korelasi kedua variabel adanya hubungan signifikan atau tidak dapat bantuan menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan p value 8,983>0,2759 dan hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan p value 7,756>0,2759. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, kinerja karyawan Daftar Pustaka (2010-2022). / Cijantung Hospital Kesdam Jaya is a hospital under the auspices of the Indonesian Army in East Jakarta which was established on November 9, 2001 and then inaugurated on January 22, 2002. The hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient services. roads, and emergencies. This researcher aims to find out whether there is a relationship between leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Cijantung Hospital Kesdam Jaya, East Jakarta 2021. This study uses a Cross Sectional design in November 2021. This researcher uses a population performance of employees at the Cijantung Hospital Kesdam Jaya, Jakarta. East. With the method, purposive sampling technique as many as 51 people. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire technique carried out by employee performance. Data analysis was carried out by using Spearman rank correlation test and then to find out the correlation between the two variables, there was a significant relationship or not using the t test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between leadership and employee performance, p value 8,983> 0.2759 and the results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance, p value 7,756> 0.2759.
