Abstract

Latar Belakang: Torticollis adalah deformitas postural kepala dan leher, yang dapat diperoleh atau bawaan. Tortikolis yang didapat mungkin karena trauma, inflamasi, psikogenik atau neoplastik. Tortikolis otot bawaan adalah deformitas postural kepala dan leher yang terdeteksi saat lahir atau segera setelah lahir, terutama akibat fibrosis unilateral & pemendekan otot Sternocleidomastoid. Torticolis dapat menimbulkan kekakuan pada leher pemendekan otot dan spasme pada otot Sternocleidomastoideus yang akan bermanifestasi sebagai leher bengkok atau terputar. Torticollis yaitu kelainan bentuk postur muskuloskeletal yang muncul pada saat lahir atau setelah lahir karena adanya pemendekan otot dan peningkatan tonus otot Sternocleidomastoideus unilateral dengan manifestasi posisi kepala ipsilateral dengan rotasi ke sisi kontralateral. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kondisi torticolis dextra dengan tujuan mengurangi nyeri, spasme, kontraktur dan meninggkatkan lingkup gerak sendi dengan menggunakan modalitas ultrasound, massage dan terapi latihan. Metode: Metode penelitian studi kasus yang berisi tentang hasil intervensi fisioterapi yang digunakan dengan menggunakan modalitas ultrasound, massage dan terapi latihan. Hasil : Adapun hasil yang diperoleh setelah menjalankan terapi sebanyak 6 kali yaitu di dapatkan hasil penilaian lingkup gerak sendi pada terapi yang pertama: 20◦ dan terapi ke- enam: 10◦, untuk nyeri pada terapi pertama dengan skala 7 dan terapi ke-enam dengan skala 4, pada terapi pertama: adanya spasme pada otot Sternocleidomastoideus sinistra sedangkan terapi ke-enam: spasme pada otot sternocleideomastuideus sinistra berkurang.Kesimpulan: Terapi latihan untuk mengurangi nyeri dan merileksasikan otot leher, massage untuk mengurangi spasme seta merileksasikan otot leher, ultrasaund memberikan efek fisiologis yang secara mekanis mengompres dan memanjangkan jaringan. / Background rear: Torticollis is head and neck postural deformity, which can obtainedor default. Torticollis can cause stiffness in the neck muscle shortening and spasm in muscle Sternocleidomastoideus which will manifest as neck bent or twisted. Torticollis that is abnormality form posture musculoskeletal that appeared at the time born or after born Because exists shortening muscles and increased muscle tone Sternocleidomastoideus unilaterally with manifestation position ipsilateral head with rotation to side contralateral. Purpose: For know management physiotherapy in conditions torticollis dextra with objective reduce pain, spasm, contractures and increase scope motion joints with use modalities of ultrasound, massage and therapy practice. Method: Method study studies containing case _ about results intervention physiotherapy used _ with use modalities of ultrasound, massage and therapy practice. Results: The results obtained after operate therapy 6 times that is obtained results evaluation scope motion joints on therapy the first: 20◦ and therapy sixth: 10◦, for pain on therapy first with a scale of 7 and therapy sixth on a scale of 4, on therapy first: there is spasms in the muscles Sternocleidomastoideus sinistra while therapy sixth spasms in the muscles decreased left sternocleideomastuideus. Conclusion: Therapy exercise Forreduce pain and relax muscle neck, massage for reduce spasms and relaxes muscle neck, ultrasound give effect physiologically mechanical compress and lengthen network
