Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik merupakan suatu penataan dan pengaturan segala aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan peserta didik mulai masuknya peserta didik sampai dengan keluarnya peserta didik tersebut dari suatu sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan manajemen peserta didik merupakan bagian penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan disekolah. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan manajemen peserta didik, untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi manajemen peserta didik di TK Islam Teratai Putih Global Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Proses, Product), pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data penelitian didapat dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelompok A, Guru Kelompok B, Tenaga Kependidikan, Komite Sekolah dan Wali Murid. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa: 1). Perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik di TK Islam Teratai Putih Global Bekasi, dimulai merencanakan praktik dan sistem penerimaan siswa dalam seleksi siswa yang terkendala pada PPDB. 2). Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah penempatan kelas peserta didik, orientasi peserta didik, dan kedisiplinan peserta didik sudah dilakukan secara baik. 3). Evaluasi manajemen peserta didik dengan menentukan penilaian yang tepat sesuai perkembangannya, mengatur kenaikan tingkat peserta didik dengan sesuai usia dan upaya peningkatan kualitas kelulusan/alumni peserta didik yang sudah dilakukan. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Manajemen Peserta Didik, Berbasis Sekolah. / Student management is an arrangement and regulation of all activities related to students starting from the entry of students to the exit of these students from a school or educational institution. Student management activities are an important part that must be considered in the implementation of educational activities in schools. This aims to find out how the student management plans, to find out the description of the implementation of student management in the Teratai Putih Global Bekasi Islamic Kindergarten. This study used qualitative research with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection was carried out using research data obtained from the Principal, Deputy Principal, Group A Teachers, Group B Teachers, Education Personnel, School Committees and Student Guardians. The results of this study that: 1). Planning for acceptance of students at Teratai Putih Global Bekasi Islamic Kindergarten, begins with planning practices and student admission systems in student selection which is constrained by PPDB. 2). The implementation of student management which is carried out with the steps of student class placement, student orientation, and student discipline has been carried out well. 3). Evaluation of the management of students by determining the appropriate assessment according to their development, arranging the increase in the level of students according to age and efforts to improve the quality of graduation/alumni students that have been carried out.
