Abstract

Tugas Akhir Ini membahas mengenai perencanaan PLTS untuk rumah konsumen dari pelanggan PLN yang termasuk ke pelanggan non subsidi , Perencanaan dilakukan untuk skala rumah tangga menengah keatas pada Kota Bekasi yang merupakan segmen rumah tangga yang menggunakan energi yang besar setiap bulannya, tagihan listrik yang tinggi setiap bulannya membuat konsumen harus menghemat energi sehingga dapat menghemat biaya tagihan bulanan yang dikeluarkan, dengan bertambahanya pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat membuat permintaan energi semakin tinggi sehingga membuat harga listrik dari konsumen akan ikut naik. Selain itu zat – zat berbahaya yang dihasilkan dari proses penggunaan energi fosil yang berumber dari PLN menjadi salah satu focus utama dari penelitian. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan H.O.M.E.R didapati bahwa dengan memasang PLTS dapat menurunkan kadar emisi Co2 sebesar 33% dengan biaya penghematan NPC sebesar Rp.67,2 Juta , energi yang bisa dihasilkan dari konfigurasi 4 Pv dan Inverter adalah sebesar 3.172 kW/yr dengan COE sebesar Rp.499.95. Kata kunci : PV , PLTS , H.O.M.E.R. / This Final Project discusses the planning of PLTS for consumer homes from PLN customers who are included in non-subsidized customers, Planning is carried out for middle and upper-scale households in Bekasi City which is a household segment that uses a large amount of energy every month, high electricity bills every month makes consumers have to save energy so they can save on monthly bills, with the rapid increase in population growth, the demand for energy is higher so that the electricity price from consumers will also increase. In addition, hazardous substances produced from the process of using fossil energy sourced from PLN are one of the main focuses of research. From the simulation results using H.O.M.E.R, it was found that installing PLTS can reduce Co2 emission levels by 33% with a NPC saving cost of Rp. 67.2 million, the energy that can be generated from the 4 Pv and Inverter configuration is 3,172 kW/yr with COE of Rp.499.95
