Abstract
Riset berikut punya tujuan agar mengetahui tingkatan kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan kinerja dan kepentingan pada Lapangan Futsal Persada Halim Jakarta Timur serta untuk mengetahui atribut apa yang menyebabkan kepuasan konsumen Lapangan Futsal Persada Halim Jakarta Timur. Data yang diterapkan bersumber dari data primer yang didapati melalui angket penelitian yang dibagikan pada 86 responden sementara data sekunder didapat pada buku ilmiah atau sumber data lain yang berkaitan pada penelitian. Metodologi riset yang dipakai oleh penulis ada deskriptif kulitatif. Untuk tekhnik analisis data, penulis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis, Likert Score, table Anova dan grafik Kartesius untuk membuktikan atau mengetahui uji statistik. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui baik variabel kinerja dan kepentingan tingkat keakuratan data melalui table anova di peroleh Гn kinerja = 0,965 dan Гn kepentingan = 0,968. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya data alhasil pembagian angket yang dilaksanakan peneliti terhadap responden dikatakan sah. Dari hasil nilai sikap, maka total sikap maksimal 287,59 serta nilai total sikap minimal 68,62. Dan presentase nilai sikapnya bernilai 88,48% lantaran hasil presentase nilai sikap melebihi daripada 80% oleh karenanya tingkatan kepuasan konsumen pada pelayanan lapangan futsal persada halim Jakarta Timur dikatakan sangat puas. Dapat di tarik kesimpulan berlandaskan hasil riset yaitu atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah tersedianya pendingin udara disetiap lapangan persada halim, terpasang beberapa CCTV di persada halim, karyawan persada halim memberikan pelayanan khusus jika ada kendala layanan, pertolongan karyawan persada halim kepada konsumen yang cidera pada saat bermain. Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis, lapangan futsal Persada Halim sebaiknya terus mempertahankan tersedianya pendingin udara di setiap lapangan Persada Halim, terpasang beberapa CCTV di Persada Halim, karyawan Persada Halim memberikan pelayanan khusus jika ada kendala layanan, dan pertolongan karyawan Persada Halim kepada konsumen yang cidera pada saat bermain. Dengan tanda yang berada di kuadran kedua ini sepatutnya selalu dijaga layananya, lantaran telah selaras dengan keinginan para mahasiswa-mahasiswi. / Data using is source from primarily data obtain from research questionnaires distributed to 86 respondents while secondaries data is obtaining from book or others data source relate to research. Research methodology using by author is descriptive qualitative. For the data analysis technique, the writer uses Importance Performance Analysis, Likert Score, Anova table and Cartesian chart to prove or find out statistical tests. Through this research, it may be known both performances variable and the importance of the level of accuracy of the data through the ANOVA table, it is obtained that n performance = 0.965 and n importance = 0.968. It may be concluding that data from the questionnaire distributed by researcher to the respondents was declared accurate. From the results of the attitude value, the maximum number of attitudes is 287,59 and the minimum number of attitudes is 68.62. And the percentage of attitude value is 88,48% because the percentage of attitude value is more than 80%, so level of customer satisfactions with services of the East Jakarta Persada Halim futsal field. Conclusion is may be drawn base on result of the research above is that the attributes that become the main priority are the availability of air conditioning in every Persada Halim field, several CCTVs are installed at Persada Halim, Persada Halim employees provide special services if there are service problems, Persada Halim employees help for injured consumers. while playing. Suggestion is may be gived by author, Persada Halim futsal field should continue to maintain the availability of air conditioning in every Persada Halim field, installed several CCTVs at Persada Halim, Persada Halim employees provide special services if there are service problems, and help Persada Halim employees to consumers who are injured in the accident. while playing. With the attributes that exist in this second quadrant, the service should be maintained, because it is in accordance with the expectations of students.
