Abstract

Penyaluran kredit perlu dilakukan dengan prinsip kehati-hatian untuk itu diperlukan kebijakan prosedur penyaluran kredit agar kredit yang disalurkan dapat kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prosedur penyaluran kredit konsumtif sertifikasi pendidik negeri di PT. BPR Hasa Mitra Jawa Barat, apa saja hambatannya dan tata sistem menanggulangi hambatan itu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yakni melalui wawancara, observasi, serta mempelajari dokumen dan arsip perkreditan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan orang yang dianggap berkompeten dalam bidangnya yang ditunjuk oleh bank. Metode observasi juga dilakukan dengan ikut berperan aktif di dalam prosedur penyaluran kredit dengan cara magang di BPR tersebut. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa prosedur penyaluran kredit konsumtif sertifikasi pendidik negeri ini dimulai dari permohonan kredit, pengecekan berkas kredit, analisa kredit, rapat komite dan keputusan, pencairan kredit, pembayaran angsuran automatic standing lnstruction, serta pelunasan dan pelepasan jaminan. Dalam kegiatan penyalurannya, terdapat beberapa hambatan. Kesimpulannya, prosedur penyaluran kredit konsumtif sertifikasi pendidik negeri di PT. BPR. Hasa Mitra Jawa Barat telah dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP yang ada. Agar proses penyaluran kredit berjalan efektif dan efesien maka bank dapat mengelola pengadministrasian kredit lebih rapi sehingga memudahkan mencari dokumen saat diperlukan, terutama dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan diri nasabah, seperti hasil survey tempat tinggal dan dokumen asuransi kredit agar memudahkan untuk mengecek proses pemasangan asuransi dan saat melakukan klaim ke asuransi. Serta, Account Officer bisa mengirimkan pesan kepada debitur minimal seminggu sekali untuk mengetahui kondisi setiap debitur dan mengenal debitur lebih detail dengan mencari informasi bukan hanya 1 sumber informan, tapi 2 -3 informan agar hasilnya lebih akurat. / The disbursement of credit must be executed with principle of prudence, thus a lending policy is necessary to ensure the repayment of loans. This study intends to identify the process of disbursing consumptive credit for the certification of public educators at PT. BPR Hasa Mitra West Java, recognizing the challenges that exist and exploring ways to overcome them. The method used in the study, namely by interviewing, observing, and studying credit documents and archives. Interviews were conducted with people who were considered competent in their fields appointed by the bank. The observation method is also carried out by taking an active role in the credit distribution procedure by means of an internship at the BPR. The results of the observations show that the procedure for disbursing consumptive credit for the certification of public educators starts with credit applications, checking credit files, credit analysis, committee meetings and decisions, disbursing credit, paying installments for automatic standing instructions, and paying off and releasing guarantees. In the distribution activities, there are several obstacles. In conclusion, the procedure for disbursing consumptive credit for certification of public educators at PT. BPR. Hasa Mitra West Java has been carried out in accordance with the existing SOP. The author's suggestion is that so that the credit distribution process runs effectively and efficiently, banks can manage credit administration more neatly, making it easier to find documents when needed, especially documents related to customers, such as the results of residential surveys and credit insurance documents to make it easier to check the process. installation of insurance and when making a claim to insurance. In addition, Account Officers can send messages to debtors at least once a week to find out the condition of each debtor and get to know the debtor in more detail by seeking information not only from 1 source of informant, but 2 -3 informants so that the results are more accurate.
