Abstract

Gaya kerja masa kini yang mengandalkan teknologi digital sehingga tempat dan waktu bekerja menjadi fleksibel mulai digemari masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya generasi milenial. Oleh sebab itu tidak mengherankan bila generasi ini lebih suka memulai bisnis sendiri ataupun berprofesi sebagai freelancer daripada menjadi pegawai kantor. Selain itu, generasi milenial merupakan generasi yang berpendapat bahwa work-life balance menjadi salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan. Mereka merasa bahwa hidup tidak hanya untuk bekerja saja, tetapi mereka juga harus menikmati hidup. Millennial Coworking Space merupakan sebuah wadah yang menyediakan ruang bekerja yang interaktif, kreatif, dan fleksibel. Melalui arsitektur hybrid, coworking space akan memadukan Program Bekerja dan Hiburan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan para milenial akan work-life balance. Kata kunci : milenial, work-life balance, arsitektur hybrid, bekerja, hiburan. / Today’s modern work style which relies on digital technologies is gaining popularity in Indonesian society, especially the Millennials. Therefore it is not surprising that this generation prefers to start their own business or work as freelancers rather than become office employees. In addition, the millennial generation is a generation that believes that the balance of life is one of the things that must be considered. They feel that life is not only for work, but they also have to enjoy their life. Millennial Coworking Space is a place that provides an interactive, creative, and flexible work space. Through a hybrid architecture, coworking space will combine work and entertainment programs to reach the needs of millennials' work-life balance.
