Abstract

MAUREEN VANESSA CHRISTI S, Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Tri Kemasindo Lestari Jakarta Timur Cakung PT. Tri Kemasindo Lestari adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang usaha Toll Manufacturing (pengemasan produk) dengan berbagai keahlian produksi; pengolahan/pencampuran, pengisian botol, pengisian kantong dan pengemasan. Di satu sisi mereka harus bekerja untuk fokus pada visi perusahaan yang memberi kepuasan bagi pelanggan, sementara disisi lain mereka memiliki kebutuhan dan keinginan yang perlu mendapat perhatian dari perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Rank Spearman. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan denagn skala hitung menggunakan skala likert terhadap peryataan yang terdapat didalam kuesioner untuk mengelola data penulis dengan alat bantu computer beupa SPSS 25. Serta menggunakan metode observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari Jakarta Timur-Cakung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisiensi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,737. Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari Jakarta Timur-Cakung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefiensi Rank Spearman sebesar 0, 821. Saran, Diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikan pendapatan dari pekerjaan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, Diharapkan perusahaan dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan acara. Diharapkan semua target yang telah ditetapkan telah selesai dengan baik. Tri Kemasindo Lestari is a company engaged in the Toll Manufacturing business (product packaging) with various production expertise; processing/mixing, bottle filling, bag filling and packaging. On the one hand they have to work to focus on the company's vision that gives satisfaction to customers, while on the other hand they have needs and wants that need attention from the company.The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and the analysis data used is Spearman Rank analysis. The number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees with a counting scale using a Likert scale to the statements contained in the questionnaire to manage the author's data with computer aids in the form of SPSS 25. And using the observation method.The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari, East Jakarta-Cakung. This is indicated by the Spearman Rank coefficient of 0.737. There is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance at PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari, East Jakarta-Cakung. This is indicated by the Spearman Rank coefficient of 0.821. Suggestion, It is hoped that the company can pay more attention to income from work in order to meet daily needs, It is hoped that the company can provide opportunities for employees to be involved in holding events.
