Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu unsur penentu keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam membawa perubahan. Jika kepemimpinan memiliki pribadi yang positif dan dan berperilaku baik mampu membawa dampak yang baik bagi para pegawai dalam melakukan segala pekerjaannya. Jika kinerja antara seorang pemimpin kepala desa dengan pegawai kepala desa baik maka akan tercipta kepuasan masyarakat. Kepuasan masyarakat dapat diperoleh melalui kinerja yang pemimpin desa yang baik. Riset ini berniat menguak pengaruh Kepemipinan Kepala Desa dan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat studi kasus Desa Cilebut Barat Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis riset yang dipergunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data didapat melalui kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner ditujukan kepada karyawan kantor dan masyarakat Desa Cilebut dengan jumlah sampel 37 orang. Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Koefisien Determinasi Berganda (R2) menjadi perkakas untuk menelaah data lebih dalam. Untuk mengelola data penelitian penulis menggunakan bantuan komputer berupa SPSS versi 20. Keluaran riset ini menyajikan analisis regresi berganda memiliki hasil perhitungan Y = 18.435 + 0,169 X1 + 0,466 X2 + e dengan nilai b positif yang berarti variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat mengalami kenaikan. Dan hasil dari koefisien determinasi berganda memiliki hasil R Square sebesar 0,256. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, memiliki hasil uji secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 0,927 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,361 sehingga memiliki nilai t hitung < t tabel, yang berarti variabel Kepemimpinan tidak memiliki penagruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y). Sedangkan uji parsial variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 2,724 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,10 sehingga memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel, yang berarti variabel Motivasi Kerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y). Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Masyarakat. / Leadership is one element that determines the success of an organization in bringing about change. If the leadership has a positive and well-behaved personality, it can have a good impact on employees in doing all their work. If the performance between a village head leader and village head employees is good, community satisfaction will be created. Community satisfaction can be obtained through the performance of good village leaders. This study aims to determine the effect of Village Head Leadership and Employee Work Motivation on Community Satisfaction in the case study of West Cilebut Village, Bogor Regency. This type of research in this study uses quantitative research. Sources of research data obtained using primary data derived from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents and secondary data. The distribution of questionnaires was addressed to office employees and the people of Cilebut Village with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis and Multiple Coefficient of Determination (R2). To manage the research data, the author uses computer assistance in the form of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that multiple regression analysis has a calculation result of Y = 18.435 + 0.169 X1 + 0.466 X2 + e with a positive b value which means that the variable of Community Satisfaction has increased. And the result of the multiple determination coefficient has an R Square of 0.256. The conclusion in this study, has a partial test result Leadership variable (X1) has a t-count value of 0.927 and a significant value of 0.361 so that it has a t-count value < t table, which means that the Leadership variable does not have a significant influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y). While the partial test of Work Motivation variable (X2) has a t-count value of 2.724 and a significant value of 0.10 so that it has a t-count value > t table, which means that the employee's Work Motivation variable has a significant influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y).
