Abstract

Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dibuat untuk mengetahui PACE TOOL dalam menganalisa rekening koran di bank BNI. Menganalisa rekening koran merupkan salah satu cara analisa kredit untuk mengetahui capacity seorang nasabah. Analisa kredit merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam proses pemberian kredit di bank. Saat ini persaingan kredit semakin ketat sehingga di tuntut proses analisa kredit yang cepat tanpa meninggalkan prinsip kehati-hatian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan riset lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PACE TOOL ini sangat membantu dan mempermudah verifikasi kesesuaian nilai total omset nasabah (pendapat tahunan) sehingga memperkecil kesalahan menghitung jumlah pendapatan nasabah. Namun PACE TOOL belum mampu membentu untuk menurunkan Non Performing Loan karena rasio NPL bruto dan net mengalami kenaikan setelah penggunaan PACE TOOL ini. Kata kunci : PACE TOOL, Rekening Koran, Analisa kredit, NPL ./ This final project research was made to find out PACE TOOL in analyzing current accounts at BNI bank. Analyzing current accounts is one way of credit analysis to determine the capacity of a customer. Credit analysis is the most important thing in the process of providing credit at the bank. Currently, credit competition is getting tougher, so a fast credit analysis process is required without abandoning the precautionary principle. The research method used is literature study and field research. The results of the study indicate that the application of PACE TOOL is very helpful and makes it easier to verify the suitability of the total value of customer turnover (annual income) so as to minimize errors in calculating the amount of customer income. However, PACE TOOL has not been able to help reduce Non Performing Loans because the ratio of gross and net NPL has increased after using PACE TOOL.
