Abstract

Saat ini, peranan teknologi informasi terhadap semua aspek sangat berdampak besar termasuk di dunia perbankan. Bank BCA ikut serta dalam mengembangkan inovasi layanan perbankan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu nasabah melakukan traksaksinya lebih efisien, lebih cepat, mudah dan fleksibel. Perbankan elektronik yang dibahas adalah BCA Mobile. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi BCA Mobile di tengah pandemic Covid-19 karena dapat memberi manfaat , kemudahan transaksi yang lebih praktis dan tidak memakan waktu lama. BCA Mobile memiliki fitur pembukaan rekening online yang memudahkan nasabah membuka rekening di BCA tanpa harus ke cabang sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah pemilik rekening di BCA. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh aplikasi BCA Mobile terhadap peningkatan jumlah rekening tabungan di Bank Central Asia. Terlihat dari Laporan Tahunan bank BCA di tahun 2020, Bank Central Asia mengalami peningkatan dalam penggunaan aplikasi BCA Mobile, jumlah rekening tabungan dan CASA di BCA. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan dampak yang positif. Kata Kunci : BCA Mobile, rekening tabungan, CASA (Current Account Saving Account)./ Currently, the role of information technology in all aspects is very large, including in the banking world. Bank BCA participates in developing innovative banking services by utilizing information technology that can help customers make transactions more efficiently, faster, easier and more flexible. The electronic banking discussed is BCA Mobile. The background of this research is the increased use of the BCA Mobile application in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic because it can provide benefits, facilitate transactions that are more practical and do not take long. BCA Mobile has an online account opening feature that makes it easier for customers to open an account at BCA without having to go to a branch so as to increase the number of account holders at BCA. In research conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Aims to find out how the influence of the BCA Mobile application on the increase in the number of savings accounts at Bank Central Asia. As can be seen from BCA's 2020 Annual Report, Bank Central Asia experienced an increase in the use of the BCA Mobile application, the number of savings accounts and CASA at BCA.
