Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi. Adapun komponen yang dievaluasi adalah tujuan dari program apakah sudah sesuai dengan konteksnya, sarana prasarana yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan, pelaksanaan program dan hasil dari program. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi CIPP dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti memperoleh data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi dengan subyek penelitian teridir dari Wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, Guru pengampu mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dan Alumni. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tujuan dari program pembelajaran kewirausahaan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Namun Sarana Prasarana yang digunakan belum memadai dan perlu perbaikan dan peningkatan. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran kewirausahaan tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan karena pandemi COVID 19. Selama Pandemi, pembelajaran hanya teori dan tidak pernah ada praktek sehingga peserta tidak tidak memiliki ketrampilan untuk berwirausaha. Dengan demikian tujuan dari program pembelajaran kewirausahaan tidak tercapai. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari Program Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan tersebut perlu penambahan sarana prasarana yang digunakan sebagai tempat untuk praktek dan pelatihan kewirasusahaan kepada peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Program, Kewirausahaan, CIPP./ This research was conducted to evaluate the entrepreneurship learning program at SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi. The components that will be evaluated are the objectives program in accordance with the context, , the quality of infrastructure used in achieving the objectives, implementation and results of the program. The method used in this research is the CIPP evaluation method with a qualitative approach. Researchers obtained the data through observation and interviews. This research was carried out at SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi with the research subjects being the vice principal of the curriculum section, teachers of entrepreneurship subjects and alumni. The results of this research state that the objectives of the entrepreneurship learning program are in accordance with existing needs. However, the quality of infrastructure used is not adequate and requires improvement. The implementation of the entrepreneurship learning program was not carried out according to the plan due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, learning was only carried out theoretically and never in practice so that students did not have the skills in entrepreneurship. As a result, the objectives of the entrepreneurship learning program are not implemented properly. Another thing that is needed in achieving the objectives of the Entrepreneurship Learning Program is the need to improve add infrastructure that is used as a place for entrepreneurship practice and training for students.
