Agustinus Palimbong. “ Pengaruh Supervisi dan Kompetensi Digital terhadap Kinerja Guru. Tesis Pasca Sarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2022 ”. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao saat ini adalah rendahnya kinerja guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang berdampak pada rendahnya kompetensi lulusan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru perlu dilakukan analisis dan pembuktian faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja guru tersebut. Secara umum terdapat beberapa faktor yang diduga dapat memengaruhi kinerja guru namun dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya fokus untuk meneliti “Pengaruh Supervisi dan Kompetensi Digital Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi dan kompetensi digital guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao. Sampel penelitian ini adalah selurųh guru di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao yang ditentukan secara purposif yang berjumlah 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Dengan analisis regresi liner sederhana akan menganalisis apakah supervisi dan kompetensi ditigal dapat memengaruhi kinerja guru? Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan analisis regregsi dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa terbukti pelaksanaan supervisi memengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 20.9 %, dan terbukti kompetensi digital memengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 19.4 %. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terbukti pelaksanaan supervisi dan kompetensi digital memengaruhi kinerja guru di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pelaksanaan supervisi yang tepat dan peningkatan kompetensi digital guru di SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao. The problem that occurs at the Harapan Rantepao Christian Vocational School at this time is the low performance of teachers in managing learning which has an impact on the low competence of graduates. To improve teacher performance, it is necessary to analyze and prove what factors can cause the teacher's low performance. In general, there are several factors that are thought to influence teacher performance, but in this study the researchers only focused on examining "The Effect of Teacher Digital Supervision and Competence on Teacher Performance at Christian Vocational School Harapan Rantepao, North Toraja Regency". This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of the implementation of teacher digital supervision and competence on teacher performance at SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao. The sample of this study was all teachers at the Christian Vocational School of Harapan Rantepao which were determined purposively, amounting to 40 people. The method used in this research is simple regression analysis and multiple regression. With a simple linear regression analysis will analyze whether supervision and digital competence can affect teacher performance? Based on the results of hypothesis testing using regression analysis in this study, it was found that it was proven that the implementation of supervision affected teacher performance by 20.9%, and it was proven that digital competence affected teacher performance by 19.4%. From the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that it is proven that the implementation of digital supervision and competence affects the performance of teachers at SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for schools to improve teacher performance through the implementation of proper supervision and improvement of digital competence of teachers at SMKS Kristen Harapan Rantepao.
