Abstract

Salah satu aspek terpenting dari kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia. Sumber manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas tentunya dibutuhkan mencapai tujuan perusahaan, dan tentunya akan mampu bertahan bahkan tumbuh dan berkembang lebih cepat. Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan, sangat penting untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan hubungan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia. dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu aktivitas kerja, yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang karyawan, wawancara cara melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan pihak- pihak yang bersangkutan guna mendapatkan data dan keterangan yang menunjang analisis dalam penelitian, dan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan daftar kepustakaan yang berupa buku-buku, jurnal, dan referensi yang berguna untuk melengkapi penelitian ini. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisii korelasi rank sperman dan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi rank sperman antara Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Pegawai adalah 0,593. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang „sedang‟ antara Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Karena berada di interval koefisien 0,40 – 0,599. Semakin baik Kepemimpinan individu maka semakin baik pula Kinerja Pegawai pada individu tersebut. (2) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi rank sperman antara motivasi kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai adalah 0,595. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang „sedang‟antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Karena berada di interval koefisien 0,40 – 0,599. Semakin baik Motivasi Kerja individu maka semakin baik pula Kinerja Pegawai pada individu tersebut. (3) terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia cabang jagakarsa. Diketahui nilai koefisian korelasi rank sperman di antara Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai adalah 0,677. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang „kuat‟ antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Karena berada di interval koefisien 0,60 – 0,799. Dan semakin baik Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja individu maka semakin baik pula Kinerja Pegawai pada individu tersebut. Demikian sebaliknya, semakin rendah Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja yang dimiliki individu maka semakin rendah pula Kinerja Pegawai –nya. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan./ One of the most important aspects of the survival of a company is human resources. Superior and quality human resources are certainly needed to achieve the company's goals, and of course they will be able to survive and even grow and develop faster. To maximize employee performance, it is very important to manage human resources effectively. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia. in this study is to do a work activity, which of course will affect employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with a sample of 30 employees, interviewing how to conduct direct questions and answers with the parties concerned in order to obtain data and information that support the analysis in research, and literature study using a bibliography list in the form of books, journals, and useful references to complete this research. The data were analyzed using sperm rank correlation analysis and the help of SPSS version 21. . The results of this study found that (1) there is a relationship between leadership and employee performance, it is known that the value of the sperman rank correlation coefficient between leadership and employee performance is 0.593. This shows a 'moderate' relationship between Leadership and Employee Performance. Because it is in the coefficient interval 0.40 – 0.599. The better the individual's leadership, the better the employee's performance on that individual. (2) there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance, it is known that the value of the sperman rank correlation coefficient between work motivation and employee performance is 0.595. This shows a 'moderate' relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Because it is in the coefficient interval 0.40 – 0.599. The better the individual's work motivation, the better the employee's performance on that individual. (3) there is a relationship between leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia, the Jagakarsa branch. It is known that the value of the sperman rank correlation coefficient between Leadership and Work Motivation and Employee Performance is 0.677. This shows a 'strong' relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Because it is in the coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799. And the better the individual's leadership and work motivation, the better the employee's performance on that individual. On the other hand, the lower the individual's leadership and work motivation, the lower the employee's performance. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Employee Performance
