Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dengan tujuan menjawab hipotesis pengaruh variabel Kompetensi Guru (X1) dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah (X2) terhadap variabel Manajemen Bengkel Otomotif (Y) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Matriks korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi antara variabel X1 terhadap Y yaitu sebesar 0,346. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,120 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sebesar 12,0 %, dan nilai korelasi antara variabel X2 terhadap Y yaitu sebesar 0,368. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,117 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sebesar 11,7 %. Dari hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi pengaruh (X1) terhadap (Y) adalah 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung > t tabel 7,215 > 2,01174. Hipotesisnya diterima, terdapat pengaruh variabel (X1) terhadap variabel (Y), dan (X2) terhadap (Y) dari distribusi t tabel diperoleh t tabel = 2,01174. Sehingga dengan melihat nilai signifikansi dan membandingkan antara t tabel dan t hitung, diperoleh signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 dan t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 4,337 > 2.01174. Hipotesisnya diterima, terdapat pengaruh variabel (X2) terhadap variabel (Y). Dari hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (X1) dan (X2) terhadap (Y) adalah 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung > F tabel 7,157 > 3,20. Hipotesisnya diterima, terdapat pengaruh variabel (X1) dan (X2) terhadap variabel (Y). Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Manajemen Bengkel./ This study uses a quantitative method by conducting descriptive analysis based on the data obtained with the aim of answering the hypothesis of the influence of the variable Teacher Competence (X1) and Principal Transformational Leadership (X2) on the Automotive Workshop Management variable (Y) either partially or simultaneously. The correlation matrix shows that the correlation value between X1 and Y is 0.346. From the output, the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.120 which implies that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 12.0%, and the correlation value between X2 and Y is 0.368. From the output, the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.117 which implies that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 11.7%. From the results of the t test (partial) it shows that the significance value of the effect (X1) on (Y) is 0.002 <0.05 and the t-count value> t table is 7.215> 2.01174. The hypothesis is accepted, there is an effect of the variable (X1) on the variable (Y), and (X2) on (Y) from the t-table distribution, t-table = 2.01174. So by looking at the significance value and comparing between t table and t count, obtained a significance of 0.009 < 0.05 and t count > of t table that is 4.337 > 2.01174. The hypothesis is accepted, there is an effect of the variable (X2) on the variable (Y). From the results of the F (simultaneous) test, it shows that the significance value (X1) and (X2) to (Y) is 0.002 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table 7.157 > 3.20.
