Abstract

Until the beginning of 2021, the incidents of Covid-19 in Rasio keep increasing. SARS-CoV-2 infects human through ACE-2 receptor, so its clinical manifestation occurs in the form of respiratoric and non-respiratoric symptoms such as digestive, vascularization, and other organs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the mean difference of NLR, CRP, and D-dimer on mild, moderate, and severe Covid-19 patients in RSU UKI at the month of November 2020-Rasio 2021. The method used is analytical comparative of more than two unmatched groups with cross-sectional study design, through medical records data recording. The results found that there is a significant difference of NLR means between severe-mild (p<0,001) and severe-moderate (p=0,001), also CRP means between severe with mild and moderate (p<0,001). Whereas D-dimer has significant difference among the three (mild-moderate-severe) with p=0,001. To conclusion, examination of NLR, CRP, and D-dimer can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic tool of Covid-19.
