Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah sebuah peristiwa kecelakaan yang tidak terduga dan terjadi di jalan raya, serta kecelakaan lalu lintas sifatnya dapat terjadi dimana saja, dan tidak bisa diprediksi. Kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas dapat melibatkan antara pengguna mobil, pengguna motor, alat transportasi lainnya, dan pejalan kaki. Dalam hal ini keeclakaan dapat menyebabkan luka ringan, berat, hingga kematian. Tipe kendaraan dan jenis tabrakan menghasilkan pola tertentu yang dapat diidentifikasi untuk menilai kematian pada korban. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola luka korban meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas di Instalasi Forensik Rumah Sakit Umum Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif retrospektif. Data yang diperoleh adalah data sekunder laporan visum et repertum di Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik Rumah Sakit Umum Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto Jakarta Timur. Hasil Penelitian: Data penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 122 sampel dalam penelitian ini selama periode 2018 – 2019. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan distribusi jenis kelamin lebih didominasi laki-laki (80,3%), dengan distribusi terbanyak pada rentang usia dewasa awal (26 – 35 tahun). Pada peran korban didapatkan lebih banyak pada pengendara mobil (45,9%) dengan waktu kejadian terbanyak pukul 00:01 – 06:00 (46,7%). Pola luka terbanyak adalah pada cedera kepala (81%) dengan luka lecet didapatkan paling banyak pada cedera leher dan punggung (33%), cedera perut (59%), dan cedera panggul (25%). Lalu luka tersering pada bagian ekstremitas atas maupun bawah adalah fraktur tertutup. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, pola luka korban pada kecelakaan lalu lintas di dominasi oleh pengendara mobil jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan usia 26 – 35 tahun dengan waktu terjadi paling sering pukul 00:01 – 06:00 pagi, serta lokasi luka terbanyak pada cedera kepala dan pola luka terbanyak adalah luka lecet diikuti fraktur tertutup pada ekstremitas./ Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected accident that occurs on the highway, traffic accidents could happen anywhere, and cannot be predicted. Traffic accidents involve car users, motorcycle users, other kind of transportation, and pedestrians. In this case, an accident can cause minor injury, serious injury, or even death. The type of vehicle and the type of collision produce certain identifiable patterns to assess the fatality of the victim. Research purposes: This study aims to determine the pattern of injuries caused by traffic accidents at the Forensic Installation of Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto General Hospital, East Jakarta. Method: This research is a retrospective descriptive study. Secondary data were obtained from the visum et repertum report at the Forensic Medicine Installation of Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto General Hospital, East Jakarta. Results: This research obtained as many as 122 samples in this study during the 2018 - 2019 period. The results of this study showed that the gender distribution was dominated by males (80.3%), with the highest distribution in the early adult age range (26-35 years). In the role of victims, the number of car drivers was found to be more (45.9%) with the highest time of occurrence at 00:01 – 06:00 (46.7%). The most frequent pattern of injuries was head injuries (81%) with abrasions being the most common in neck and back injuries (33%), abdominal injuries (59%), and hip injuries (25%). Then the most common injuries to the upper and lower extremities are closed fractures. Conclusions: Overall, the pattern of casualty injuries in traffic accidents is dominated by male car drivers aged within 26-35 years with the most frequent occurrence at 00:01 – 06:00 AM, as well as the location of the most injuries is head injuries and most of the injuries were abrasions followed by closed fractures of the extremities.
