Abstract

Kata Kunci: Risiko Penanganan, Hemodialisa, Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia / Introduction: in Indonesia, the use of hemodialysis membranes with the reuse method is widely used because it is cost effective. Data is needed whether the hemodialysis action with the reuse method is optimal for the quality of life of patients because the reuse method can cause certain changes at the molecular level of the body that are thought to improve symptoms of complaints. Method: this study used a retrospective cohort method on 60 research subjects undergoing reuse dialysis hemodialysis 5 (five) times at the General Hospital of the Indonesian Christian University in February - June 2019. Data is needed whether hemodialysis with the reuse method has a risk of occurrence undesirable for patients, tools and officers. Results: During the study, an undesirable event was found in the reuse of hemodialysis patients, the hemodialysis apparatus and the hemodialiser reuse staff. In 60 hemodialysis patients there was a systemic infection with a score of 15 (very severe), whereas for the occurrence of fever a score of 20 (very severe) was found and in allergic events only resulted in a score of 1 (mild). In the hemodialysis device a blood clot occurs which causes the membrane to be damaged resulting in a score of 12 (very heavy) while for the dialiser leak event a score of 2 (mild) is obtained. In reuse officers there was an increase in work time and contamination of reuse substances, each of which resulted in a score of 20 (very heavy) and 15 (very heavy). Conclusion: Mitigation of the results of this study is the act of hemodialysis using single use and raising INA CBG rates on hemodialysis measures nationally.
