Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah serta efikasi diri yang dimiliki guru terhadap pembentukan budaya literasi digital pada lingkungan SMK Swasta di wilayah Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya. Masalah utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya budaya literasi di kalangan peserta didik, yang ditunjukkan melalui skor Rapor Pendidikan dan hasil Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia (UKBI) yang belum mencapai standar ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif asosiatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei kepada 86 guru yang diperoleh lewat teknik purposive sampling. Data dihimpun menggunakan instrumen angket valid dan reliabel, kemudian diolah melalui pemodelan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan kepala sekolah memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan dalam membangun budaya literasi digital, dengan nilai sumbangsih sebesar 32,5%. (2) Efikasi diri guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya literasi digital dengan kontribusi sebesar 55,2%. (3) Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan efikasi diri guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya literasi digital dengan model persamaan regresi Ŷ = 5,567 + 0,292X1 + 0,734X2. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efikasi diri guru merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam membentuk budaya literasi digital, selain itu kolaborasi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah juga sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan digital yang baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Efikasi Diri Guru, Budaya Literasi Digital, SMK Swasta. / This research aims to determine the influence of the school principal's transformational leadership and teacher self-efficacy on the formation of a digital literacy culture within private vocational schools (SMK Swasta) in Southwest Sumba Regency. The primary issue driving this research is the persistently low literacy culture among students, as indicated by the Education Report Card scores and the results of the Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI), which have not yet met ideal standards. This study employs an associative quantitative design, with data collected through a survey method administered to 86 teachers selected via a purposive sampling technique. Data were gathered using valid and reliable questionnaire instruments and subsequently processed using multiple linear regression modeling. Based on the data analysis, the findings reveal that: (1) the transformational leadership style implemented by the school principal has a positive and significant impact on building a digital literacy culture, contributing 32.5%. (2) Teacher self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on digital literacy culture, with a contribution of 55.2%. (3) Simultaneously, the principal's transformational leadership and teacher self-efficacy have a significant effect on digital literacy culture, with the regression equation model Ŷ = 5.567 + 0.292X1 + 0.734X2. This study concludes that teacher self-efficacy is the most dominant factor in shaping a digital literacy culture; furthermore, collaboration with the principal's transformational leadership is highly essential to foster an effective digital education ecosystem.
