Abstract
Kemampuan guru menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran merupakan kompetensi yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran berbasis digital dikelas melalui penyajian materi pembelajaran dengan cara yang lebih interaktif, menarik, inovatif, adaktif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi di 16 SDN Se-kecamatan Sesenapadang Kabupaten Mamasa Sulawesi Barat hanya terdapat 40,26% guru dari 149 guru yang mampu menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap pengaruh peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru menggunakan teknologi serta pengaruh simultan peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran sebesar 16,16%, budaya kolaborasi sebesar 6,30% dan pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 22,46%. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kolaborasi dan kemampuan guru menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran di SDN Se-kecamatan Sesenapadang, Kabupaten Mamasa Sulawesi Barat yang konteksnya belum dipernah diteliti sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Kolaborasi, Kemampuan Guru Menggunakan Teknologi Pembelajaran / Teachers' ability to use learning technology is a competency that determines the success of digital-based learning in the classroom through the presentation of learning materials in a more interactive, interesting, innovative, adaptive and relevant way to students' needs in the digital era. However, based on the results of observations in 16 elementary schools in Sesenapadang District, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, only 40.26% of 149 teachers were able to use learning technology. This study aims to reveal the influence of the principal's transformational leadership role and collaborative culture in improving teachers' ability to use technology as well as the simultaneous influence of the principal's transformational leadership role and collaborative culture in improving teachers' ability to use learning technology. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey method. The results of the study indicate that: the principal's transformational leadership role in improving teachers' ability to use learning technology is 16.16%, collaborative culture is 6.30%, and a simultaneous influence is 22.46%. This study examines the role of transformational leadership, collaborative culture, and teachers' ability to use learning technology at elementary schools in Sesenapadang District, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, a context that has not been previously studied.
