Abstract
Pembuatan karya video Company Profile Rumah Sakit Taman Harapan Baru (RS THB) dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan media komunikasi visual yang mampu menyampaikan informasi secara lebih efektif, profesional, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Dalam era yang menuntut transparansi, kemudahan akses informasi, serta daya tarik visual yang tinggi, RS THB memerlukan penyegaran terhadap Company Profile lamanya yang sudah tidak lagi mencerminkan kondisi, layanan serta nilai-nilai terkini dari rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, karya ini mengusung pendekatan rekonseptualisasi, yaitu pendekatan kreatif dengan menyusun ulang konsep lama yang bertujuan untuk menghadirkan kembali citra rumah sakit secara lebih relevan, menarik dan informatif. Karya video ini dibuat dengan proses penciptaan karya melalui tahapan pra-produksi (riset, perencanaan, dan penulisan naskah), produksi (pengambilan gambar, wawancara dan dokumentasi fasilitas), hingga pasca-produksi (editing visual dan audio, animasi dan juga evaluasi) dilakukan secara terstrukur dan sistematis. Setiap elemen visual dan audio dalam video dirancang untuk memperkuat pesan utama: “Peduli, Menyembuhkan dan Memberi Harapan.” Proses penyuntingan video Company Profile ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan estetika dan kenyamanan visual agar mudah dipahami oleh berbagai kalangan. Video ini kemduian dipublikasikan melalui platform YouTube, Tiktok, dan situs resmi RS THB, dengan target audiens masyarakat umum. Tujuan utama dari pembuatan karya ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi layanan rumah sakit secara lengkap, membangun citra positif, serta menginspirasi kepercayaan dari masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memantau performa video melalui indikator jumlah penayangan (views), tanggapan audiens (likes), dan komentar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan rekonseptualisasi berhasil mengoptimalkan pelayanan profesional rumah sakit secara signifikan, serta menjadi media promosi dan edukasi yang efektif serta adaptif. Kata kunci : Video Company Profile, rekonseptualisasi, pelayanan profesional / The creation of the Company Profile video for Taman Harapan Baru Hospital (RS THB) was driven by the need for a visual communication medium capable of delivering information more effectively, professionally, and in line with the advancements in digital technology. In an era that demands transparency, ease of access to information, and strong visual appeal, RS THB required a refresh of its previous company profile, which no longer reflected the hospital’s current conditions, services, and core values. Therefore, this work adopts a reconceptualization approach— a creative strategy that restructures the old concept to present the hospital’s image in a more relevant, engaging, and informative manner. The video creation process went through structured and systematic phases, including pre-production (research, planning, and scriptwriting), production (filming, interviews, and facility documentation), and post-production (visual and audio editing, animation, and evaluation). Every visual and audio element in the video was designed to reinforce the core message: "Caring, Healing, and Giving Hope." The editing process considered aesthetics and visual clarity to ensure the video is easily understood by diverse audiences. The final video was published across several digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and RS THB’s official website, targeting the general public. The main objectives of this work are to provide comprehensive information about the hospital's services, build a positive image, and inspire public trust. Evaluation was conducted by monitoring the video's performance through metrics such as number of views, audience responses (likes), and comments. The results show that the reconceptualization approach significantly enhanced the hospital’s professional service delivery and proved to be an effective and adaptive medium for both promotion and education.
