Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sekaligus mengaplikasikan peran Pengorganisasian dalam penyelenggaraan kompetisi musik band Stage Breakers: Break Boundaries With Our Voice-2025 dengan tujuan untuk mendorong minat dan bakat dalam bidang musik khususnya musik band. Tujuan utama event ini adalah untuk membangun minat dan bakat masyarakat Generasi Z dalam berkreativitas musik khususnya musik band, serta dapat memperluas relasi peserta maupun penyelnggara dengan mitra yang bekerja sama dengan event Stage Breakers, menciptakan hiburan, dan memberikan penghargaan serifkat sebagai bentuk dukungan kepada peserta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melalui proses penting salah satunya Kerjasama dengan pihak sponsor yang menjadi mitra dalam event. Hasil yang di dapat menunjukkan bahwa Pengorganisasian berperan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran event, mulai dari persiapan hingga pelaksanaan. Pengorganiasian Event harus memastikan bahwa pengeloaan teknis, sponsor, hingga sumber daya mausia dapat terorganisir dengan baik, Pengorganisasian Event memastikan pengelolaan dapat memenuhi tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Kesimpulannya, pengorganisasian dalam event Stage Breakers: Break Boundaries With Our Voice-2025 sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan atau ditetapkan dan memberikan pengalaman yang bermanfaat bagi peserta. Kata Kunci: Kompetisi Musik Band, Musik Band, Pengorganisasian Event ///// This activity aims to explore and apply the role of organizing in the implementation of the music band competition Stage Breakers: Break Boundaries With Our Voice-2025, with the theme of encouraging interest and talent in the field of music, especially band music. The main objective of this event is to foster the interest and talent of the Z Generation in musical creativity, especially in band music as well as to expand networks of both participants and organizers with partners collaborating in the Stage Breakers event, create entertainment, and provide certificate awards as a form of suppot for the participants. This activity is carried out through important processes, one of which is collaboration with sponsors who act as partners in the event. The results show that organizing plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the event, from preparation to execution. Event organizing must ensure that technical management, sponsorship, and human resources are well-organized. Effective event organization guarantees that management can meet the predetermined objectives. In conclusion, organizing the Stage Breakers: Break Boundaries With Our Voice- 2025 event is essential in achieving the planned goals and providing a valuable experience for participants.
