Abstract

Kehadiran manajer pertandingan dalam event olahraga, terutama dalam bidang badminton, menandai keberhasilan dan kelancaran jalannya turnamen. Event ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran manajer pertandingan dalam event badminton kategori level E. Dengan menggunakan teori manajemen acara Goldblatt dalam relevansi pada karya ini, Hasil Event menunjukkan bahwa peran manajer pertandingan sangat penting dalam menentukan kesuksesan event turnamen badminton. Manajer pertandingan bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur segala aspek dari persiapan hingga pelaksanaan turnamen. Penulis harus memiliki keterampilan manajemen yang baik dalam mengelola jadwal, fasilitas, registrasi peserta, pengaturan lapangan, dan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Selain itu, manajer pertandingan juga harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan peserta, panitia, dan sponsor.Tujuan event ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran manajer pertandingan dalam event turnamen badminton kategori level E dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dalam penyelenggaraan turnamen di masa depan. Diharapkan hasil event ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi penyelenggara turnamen dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme dan efisiensi dalam mengelola event olahraga. Kesimpulan dari event ini adalah bahwa peran manajer pertandingan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan sebuah turnamen badminton. Dengan keterampilan manajemen yang tepat dan kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, mereka dapat memastikan kelancaran dan keberhasilan event tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi penyelenggara turnamen untuk memberikan perhatian khusus pada seleksi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan manajer pertandingan untuk meningkatkan standar penyelenggaraan turnamen badminton di masa depan. This event aims to examine the role of match managers in E-level badminton tournaments. Using Goldblatt's event management theory as a foundation, the event's outcomes indicate that the role of match managers is crucial in determining the success of a badminton tournament. Match managers are responsible for overseeing all technical and administrative aspects from preparation to execution of the tournament. They must possess excellent management skills to manage schedules, facilities, participant registrations, court arrangements, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Additionally, match managers must have effective communication abilities to maintain good relationships with participants, officials, and sponsors. The goal of this event is to provide a better understanding of the match manager's role in E-level badminton tournament events and to offer recommendations to enhance their performance in organizing future tournaments. It is hoped that the outcomes of this event can serve as a guide for tournament organizers to improve professionalism and efficiency in managing sports events.The conclusion of this event is that the role of match managers has a significant impact on the success of a badminton tournament. With proper management skills and effective communication abilities, they can ensure the smoothness and success of the event. Therefore, it is important for tournament organizers to pay special attention to the selection, training, and development of match managers to elevate the standards of badminton tournament organization in the future.
