Abstract

Riset ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan beban kerja dan kompensasi dengan prestasi kerja karyawan PT Wintrad Jaya. Yang merupakan perusahaan Manufaktur Industri Furniture expor dan impor yang berlokasi di Jalan Penggilingan Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Riset ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitiannya mencakup studi kasus dengan sistem pengumpulan data melalui pemberian pernyataan (kuesioner), dengan sample sebanyak 32 orang karyawan di PT Wintrad Jaya. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan teknik statistik analisis korelasi rank spearman serta analisis korelasi berganda Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Dari hasil riset ini memperlihatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan positif antara beban kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan diperlihatkan dengan diperoleh t_hitung (3,152)> t_tabel (2,042). Dengan nilai korelasi rank spearman sebanyak 0,499. Terdapat juga hubungan yang signifikan positif antara kompensasi dengan prestasi kerja karyawan, diperlihatkan dengan diperoleh nilai t_hitung (3,535)> t_tabel (2,042). Dengan nilai korelasi rank spearman sebanyak 0,542. Terdapat juga hubungan yang signifikan positif antara beban kerja dan kompensasi dengan prestasi kerja karyawan diperlihatkan dengan diperoleh nilai F_hitung (7,824)> F_tabel (3,328). Dengan nilai korelasi ganda Pearson Product Moment sebanyak 0,592. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. / This research was conducted to find out how workload and savings relate to the work performance of PT Wintrad Jaya employees. Which is an export and import Furniture Industry Manufacturing company located on Jalan Pisiran Cakung, East Jakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative, with a type of research that includes case studies with a data collection system through providing statements (questionnaires), with a sample of 32 employees at PT Wintrad Jaya. Testing this hypothesis uses the statistical technique of Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson Product Moment (PPM) multiple correlation analysis. From the results of this research, it is shown that there is a significant positive relationship between workload and employee work performance which is shown by obtaining t_count (3.152) > t_table (2.042). With a Spearman rank correlation value of 0.499. There is also a significant positive relationship between compensation and employee work performance, shown by the obtained t_count (3.535) > t_table (2.042). With a Spearman rank correlation value of 0.542. There is also a significant positive relationship between workload and compensation and employee work performance as indicated by the obtained value of f_count (7.824) > f_table (3.328). With a Pearson Product Moment multiple correlation value of 0.592.
