Abstract

KTB Remaja adalah kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari siswa Kristen dan non- Kristen yang bertemu seminggu sekali untuk membangun relasi dan diskusi antara anggota sebagai anggota tubuh Kristus. Di SMA Swasta Kristen Jakarta Utara program KTB Remaja belum memiliki desain kurikulum yang jelas dan terorganisir, sehingga tujuannya tidak dapat tercapai sepenuhnya. Peserta didik cenderung menganggap KTB Remaja kurang penting dibandingkan dengan kegiatan lain, sehingga partisipasi peserta didik rendah. Disamping itu juga kurangnya kesadaran bahwa KTB Remaja dapat menjadi wadah persekutuan bagi peserta didik untuk mendalami firman Tuhan, berbagi pengalaman, serta saling mendukung dan mendoakan satu sama lain dalam proses pemulihan karakter dan pertumbuhan spiritual. KTB Remaja tidak berfokus pada peserta didik karena banyak dipengaruhi oleh guru, sehingga perlu diterapkan desain kurikulum yang berpusat pada peserta didik agar lebih efektif. Pembelajaran KTB Remaja cenderung bersifat monolog dan hanya diikuti oleh beberapa anak yang aktif dan antusias. Untuk itu, penelitian ini mendekripsikan tentang penerapan Share Christian Praxis sebagai sarana perenungan dan berbagi pengalaman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sebagai sebuah sekolah Kristen, keberadaan KTB Remaja perlu mendapat perhatian dan perlu ada upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam kegiatan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengamati lingkungan sosial di Sekolah Swasta Kristen Jakarta Utara terkait tempat, pelaku, dan aktivitas KTB Remaja. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dan reduksi data, menampilkan data, verifikasi data, dan menyimpulkan data digunakan sebagai teknik pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Shared Christian Praxis belum sepenuhnya dilakukan karena beberapa faktor seperti tidak adanya implementasi Kurikulum PAK yang berpusat pada peserta didik, keterbatasan pemahaman tentang SCP, dan kesulitan dalam menjaga konsistensi kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk merancang kurikulum yang efektif untuk program KTB Remaja di sekolah, termasuk pengidentifikasian kebutuhan peserta didik, penetapan tujuan pembelajaran yang spesifik dan dapat diukur, penyusunan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik, dan evaluasi berkala untuk mengukur pemahaman dan kemajuan peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. / Youth Growth Group is a small group consisting of Christian and non- Christian students who meet once a week to build relationships and engage in discussions as members of Christ's body. In a private Christian high school in North Jakarta, the KTB program does not have a clear and organised curriculum design, which prevents its objectives from being fully achieved. Students tend to view KTB as less important than other activities, resulting in low participation rates. Moreover, there is a lack of awareness that KTB can be a platform for fellowship among students to delve deeper into God's word, share experiences, and support and pray for one another in the process of character formation and spiritual growth. KTB is not student- centred as it is heavily influenced by teachers, so a student-centred curriculum design is needed for more effectiveness. KTB learning tends to be monologues and only followed by a few active and enthusiastic students. Therefore, this study describes the implementation of Shared Christian Praxis as a means of reflection and sharing experiences in daily life. As a Christian school, the existence of KTB needs attention, and efforts should be made to increase students' awareness and participation in this activity. This study used a descriptive qualitative method within the social environment of a private Christian high school in North Jakarta. Observations were conducted on the school's environment, KTB participants, and activities. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing was done through data reduction, data display, data verification, and data conclusion where the researcher acted as the research instrument. The results obtained show that the Shared Christian Praxis approach has not been fully implemented. This is supported by the lack of implementation of a student-centred PAK Curriculum, limited understanding of Shared Christian Praxis, supportive factors such as learning facilities and infrastructure, school support, and difficulties in maintaining consistency in activities. Therefore, it is recommended to design an effective curriculum for the KTB program in schools, including identifying students' needs, setting specific and measurable learning objectives, developing learning materials tailored to students' characteristics, and including a variety of interesting and varied learning resources, as well as conducting regular evaluations to measure students' understanding and progress in achieving learning objectives.
