Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang indikator Pendidikan di Kabupaten Bengkayang tahun 2011-2022 berdasarkan Angka Partisipasi Sekolah (APS), Angka Partisipasi Murni (APM), Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) dan Nilai Ujian Fisika tahun 2015-2019, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) termasuk dalam jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini selama tahun 2011 2022 dan KEMDIKBUD selama tahun 2015-2019 melalui program survei. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Kabupaten Bengkayang dengan jumlah sekolah 3.053 sekolah. Angka Partisipasi Sekolah di Kabupaten Bengkayang untuk pendidikan dasar pada jenjang usia 7-12 tahun 97,51%, untuk pendidikan menengah pertama pada jenjang usia 13-15 tahun 90,65% dan untuk pendidikan sekolah menengah atas pada jenjang usia 16-18 tahun 68,6%. Partisipasi sekolah pada tingkat menengah atas rendah meskipun telah adanya aturan tentang wajib belajar 12 tahun. Sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkayang masih banyak ruang kelas yang rusak baik dari jenjang pendidikan dasar maupun pendidikan menengah, kekurangan guru pada semua jenjang pendidikan, masih banyak sekolah yang belum terakreditasi. Proyeksi angka partisipasi sekolah di Kabupaten Bengkayang meningkat setiap tahunnya baik dari tingkat pendidikan dasar maupun pendidikan menegah, karena dengan adanya program wajib belajar 12 tahun serta adanya program keluarga harapan yang mendorong angka putus sekolah cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya. Nilai ujian nasional Fisika diKabupaten Bengkayang selama tahun 2015-2019 pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas (SMA) pada mata pelajaran Fisika memiliki nilai rata-rata UNBK 43,58 dan UNKP 44,86. Standar nilai kelulusan ujian nasional adalah 5,50 artinya dalam hal ini nilai ujian nasional yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bengkayang dibawah standar nilai kelulusan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Indonesia, partisipasi sekolah, ujian nasional, wajib belajar. / The purpose of this study was to examine education indicators in Bengkayang Regency for 2011-2022 based on school enrollment rates (APS), pure enrollment rates (APM), gross enrollment rates (APK) and physics exam scores for 2015-2019, by using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Secondary data collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is included in the type of data used in this study during 2011-2022 and KEMPDIKBUD during 2015-2019 through a survey program. The population used is Bengkayang Regency with a total of 3,053 schools. The school enrollment rate in Bengkayang Regency for primary education at the age range 7-12 years is 97.51%, for junior secondary education at the age level 13-15 years 90.65% and for senior high school education at the age level 16 18 years 68 .6%. School enrollment at the upper secondary level is low despite the 12 year compulsory education rule. The existing facilities and infrastructure in Bengkayang Regency still have a lot of damaged classrooms at both the primary and secondary education levels, there is a shortage of teachers at all levels of education, there are still many schools that have not been accredited. The projected school enrollment rate in Bengkayang Regency increases every year at both the primary and secondary education levels, because the existence of the 12-year compulsory education program and the existence of the family hope program encourage dropout rates to tend to decrease every year. The score for the Physics National Examination in Bengkayang Regency during 2015-2019 at the high school level (SMA) in the subject of Physics had an average UNBK score of 43.58 and UNKP 44.86. The standard passing score for the national exam is 5.50, meaning that in this case the score for the national exam held in Bengkayang Regency is below the passing grade standard.
