Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti ini, perusahaan- perusahanaan dituntut untuk dapat dengan perusahaan - perusahaan lainnya. Pada saat ini sumber daya manusia sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk efektivitas sumber daya manusia pada suatu organisasi. Proses rekrutmen yang diselenggarakan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan tingkatan signifikansi sebesar 0,005 lebih rendah dari 0,05, serta nilai t hitung sebesar 2,924 lebih tinggi dari nilai t table yakni 1,676. Dengan begitu bisa disimpulkan bahwasanya proses rekrutmen punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi. 2. Seleksi yang diselenggarakan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan tingkatan signifikansi sebesar 0,003 lebih rendah dari 0,05, serta nilai t hitung sebesar 3,087 lebih tinggi dari nilai t table yakni 1,676. Dengan begitu bisa disimpulkan bahwasanya seleksi punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi. 3. Pengaruh yang paling besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi dapat dilihat pada nilai RSquare variabel proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang masing-masing sebesar 0,553 dan 0,561. Hal tersebut mengandung arti bahwa kinerja karyawan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi dipengaruhi oleh variabel proses rekrutmen sebesar 55,3% dan variabel seleksi sebesar 56,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kiara Sawit Abadi adalah variabel seleksi. / In this era of globalization, companies are required to be able to compete with other companies. At this time human resources are very important for companies. Human resource management for the effectiveness of human resources in an organization. The recruitment process held by PT Kiara Sawit Abadi has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This is proven by the significance level of 0.005 which is lower than 0.05, and the t value of 2.924 which is higher than the t table value of 1.676. Thus, it can be concluded that the recruitment process has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Kiara Sawit Abadi employees. 2. The selection held by PT Kiara Sawit Abadi has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This is proven by the significance level of 0.003, which is lower than 0.05, and the t value of 3.087 is higher than the t table value of 1.676. In this way, it can be concluded that selection has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Kiara Sawit Abadi employees. 3. The greatest influence in improving the performance of PT Kiara Sawit Abadi employees can be seen in the RSquare values of the recruitment and selection process variables which are 0.553 and 0.561 respectively. This means that the performance of PT Kiara Sawit Abadi employees is influenced by recruitment process variables by 55.3% and selection variables by 56.1%. So it can be concluded that the greatest influence on the performance of PT Kiara Sawit Abadi employees is the selection variable.
