Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan strategi everyone is a teacher here, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan strategi everyone is a teacher here. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experiment: One Group Pretest�Posttest dengan populasi semua kelas XI MIPA SMA 26 Jakarta yang terdiri dari tiga kelas, dengan jumlah 107 siswa dan sampel kelas XI MIPA II yang berjumlah 36 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen non tes untuk mengukur konsentrasi dengan skor penilaian menggunakan skala likert yang berisi 27 pernyataan. Uji prasyarat analisis normalitas dan homogenitas menggunakan spss versi 26 diperoleh hasil bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen, dengan nilai signifikan 0.200 > 0.05 (terdistribusi normal); signifikan 0.204 > 0.05 (homogen). Analisis terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi belajar dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji T (One-Samples T Test) spss versi 26, diperoleh hasil t hitung 73.3 > t tabel (1.68957), dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa yang signifikan dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here. Dengan besar peningkatan melalui uji N-gain secara keseluruhan 0,2 pada kategori sedang, dan diperoleh peningkatan yang terjadi pada indikator (1) Adanya penerimaan atau perhatian pada materi pelajaran 0,48,kategori sedang ; (2) Merespon materi yang diajarkan 0,47, kategori sedang ; (3) Adanya gerakan anggota badan yang tepat sesuai dengan petunjuk guru - 0,06 kategori rendah; (4) Mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh 0,14, kategori rendah; (5) Mampu menganalisis pengetahuan yang diperoleh 0,16, kategori rendah; (6) Mampu mengemukakan ide/pendapat 0,2, kategori rendah; (7) kesiapan pengetahuan yang dapat segera muncul bila diperlukan 0,3, kategori sedang; (8) Berminat terhadap mata pelajaran yang dipelajari 0,36, kategori sedang; dan (9) Tidak bosan terhadap proses pembelajaran yang dilalui 0,36, kategori sedang. Kata Kunci : Everyone Is a Teacher here, Genially, Konsentrasi Belajar, Strategi Pembelajaran. / This research was carried out with the aim of knowing whether there was an increase in student learning concentration who was taught using the everyone is a teacher here strategy, and to find out how much increased student learning concentration was taught using the everyone is a teacher here strategy. This type of research is Pre- Experiment: One Group Pretest-Posttest with a population of all class XI MIPA 26 Jakarta High School which consists of three classes, with a total of 107 students and a sample of class XI MIPA II which amounts to 36 students with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a non-test instrument to measure concentration with an assessment score using a Likert scale containing 27 statements. The prerequisite test for normality and homogeneity analysis using SPSS version 26 showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, with a significant value of 0.200 > 0.05 (normally distributed); significant 0.204 > 0.05 (homogeneous). The analysis of the increase in learning concentration was carried out using the SPSS version 26 T test (One-Samples T Test), the results obtained were t count 73,3 > t table (1.68957), thus it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning concentration using the everyone learning strategy. is a teacher here. With a large increase through the N-gain test as a whole 0.2 in the medium category, and obtained an increase that occurs in indicators (1) There is acceptance or attention to the subject matter 0.48, moderate category; (2) Responding to the material being taught 0.47, medium category; (3) The presence of proper limb movements according to the teacher's instructions -0.06 low category; (4) Able to apply the knowledge obtained 0.14, low category; (5) Able to analyze the knowledge obtained 0.16, low category; (6) Able to express ideas/opinions 0.2, low category; (7) readiness of knowledge that can appear immediately when needed 0.3, medium category; (8) Interested in the subjects studied 0.36, medium category; and (9) Not bored with the learning process that was passed 0.36, moderate category.
