Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan layanan konseling kelompok dengan siswa yang memiliki kepribadian introvert di SMP Negeri 49 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian ini telah diolah melalui SPSS versi 25 didapat bahwa hubungan antara konseling kelompok dengan siswa kepribadian introvert bersifat linear, artinya semakin sering layanan konseling kelompok dilakukan maka akan semakin tinggi perubahan pola pikir dan perubahan tingkah laku salah satu contohnya, seperti mampu membuka diri pada hal-hal yang sebelumnya tidak ingin dilakukan oleh siswa yang memiliki kepribadian introvert. Selanjutnya hasil dari perhitungan korelasi, didapatkan bahwa hasil dari regresi penelitian sebesar 0.310 sedangkan determinasi varian sebesar 0.096 selebihnya hubungan antara kedua variabel juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung lain seperti pola asuh orangtua dan lingkungan. Hasil korelasi untuk hubungan antara konseling kelompok (x) dengan kepribadian introvert (y) sebesar 0,310 yang bersifat sangat rendah. Artinya hubungan konseling kelompok terhadap siswa kepribadian introvert tidak terlalu besar. Kata kunci : Konseling Kelompok, Kepribadian Introvert This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between group counseling services with students who have introverted personality at SMP Negeri 49 Jakarta. This research is a type of quantitative research using a purposive sampling approach that is sampling using certain criteria. The results of this study indicate that there is a low relationship between the two variables. The results of this study have been processed through SPSS version 25 found that the relationship between group counseling with introverted personality students is linear, meaning that the more frequent group counseling services are carried out, the higher the change in mindset and behavior change in one example, such as being able to open up to things things that were not wanted to be done by students who have introverted personalities. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the correlation, it was found that the results of the research regression amounted to 0.310 while the determination of the variance of 0.096 the rest of the relationship between the two variables can also be influenced by other supporting factors such as parenting patterns and the environment. The correlation results for the relationship between group counseling (x) with introverted personality (y) of 0.310 which is very low.
