Abstract

Persalinan adalah suatu proses pergerakan untuk keluarnya janin, placenta melalui jalan lahir. Data menurut World Health Organization (WHO), standar rata–rata persalinan operasi Section Cesarea di sebuah Negara adalah sekitar 5-15% per 1000 kelahiran didunia, tetapi pada tahun 2007-2008 persalinan Sectio Cesarea semakin meningkat yaitu sebanyak 11000/kelahiran di seluruh Asia. Data yang diperoleh dari Rekam Medis RSU UKI Jakarta pada tahun 2019 pasien Sectio Caesarea 98 pasien (46%). Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan ibu post Sectio Caesarea dengan masalah keperawatan keterbatasan aktivitas di RSU UKI Jakarta, dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan membandingkan tingkat keberhasilan antara 2 pasien dan hari perawatan yang sama yaitu Pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 29 Juni - 02 Juli 2020. Pasien diajarkan untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini selama 3 hari. Hasil pada pasien 1 di hari ke 3 belum teratasi di karenakan pasien kelebihan berat badan dan susah dalam melakukan pergerakan sedangkan pada pasien 2 perawatan selama 3 hari masalah keterbatasan aktivitas teratasi. Hasil tindakan membuktikan mobilisasi dini dapat membantu pasien post Sectio Caesarea dalam melakukan kebutuhan ativitas dan mempercepat tingkat penyembuhan pasien. Saran : Untuk perawat Ruangan lebih meningkatakan pengetahuan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan memperhatikan aspek biopsikososiospiritual dan budaya baik promotif, prefentif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif khususnya pasien dengan Sectio Caesarea. Data according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the average standard of delivery for Section Cesarea operations in a country is around 5-15% per 1000 births in the world, but in 2007-2008, Sectio Cesarea deliveries increased by 11,000 / births throughout Asia. . Data obtained from the Medical Records of the UKI Hospital Jakarta in 2019, 98 patients (46%) had Sectio Caesarea patients. The research objective was to carry out post-Sectio Caesarea nursing care with the problem of limited activity nursing at the UKI Hospital Jakarta, with a case study method and a nursing process approach including interviews, observation, and comparing the success rate between 2 patients and the same day of care, namely the provision of nursing care at 29 June - 02 July 2020. Patients are taught to do early mobilization for 3 days. The results in patient 1 on day 3 have not been resolved because the patient is overweight and difficult to move while in patient 2 the problem is resolved for 3 days. The results of the action prove that early mobilization can help post Sectio Caesarean patients in carrying out their activity needs and accelerate the patient's healing rate. Suggestion: For room nurses, increase knowledge in providing nursing care by paying attention to aspects of biopsychososiospiritual and culture both promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative, especially patients with Sectio Caesarea.
