Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui cara atau proses pengembangan modul bilangan bulat, (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul, (3) mengetahui keefektifan modul untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa soal tes dan angket respon peserta didik. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, yang dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis data kuantitatif menjadi data kualitataif. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) cara atau proses pengembangan modul dilakukan dengan tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, merancang dan pembuatan modul, pengujian keefektifan dan kelayakan modul, (2) untuk kelayakan modul didapat dari nilai presentase rata-rata angket respon peserta didik pada uji coba terbatas yaitu 86,91% dan lapangan utama 83,15%, (3) pengujian keefektifan modul dilihat dari perbandingan nilai posttest dan pretest pada uji coba terbatas yaitu 67,5 > 25,83 dan pada lapangan utama 66,86 > 43,43 sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan modul yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran pada materi bilangan bulat kelas VII SMP. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Modul, Bilangan Bulat This study aims to: (1) find out the method or process of developing integer modules, (2) find out the feasibility of the module, (3) determine the effectiveness of the module to support the learning process. This research uses research and development methods. The data collection techiniques used are in the form of test questions and questionnaire responses of students. For data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques, which are carried out by analyzing quantitative data into qualitative data. The results of this research and development show that: (1) the method or process of module development is carried out in stages, namely the needs analysis, designing and manufacturing modules, testing the effectiveness and feasibility of the modules, (2) for the feasibility of the modules obtained from the average percentage of participants questionnaire responses students in limited trials is 86.91% and 83.15% main field, (3) testing the effectiveness of the module seen from the comparison of the posttest and pretest value in limited trials namely 67.5 > 25.83 and in the main field 66.86 > 43.43 so that it can be concluded that the use of the developed modules is effectively used to support the learning process on the integer grade VII material of SMP.
