Abstract

The Church Congregation Fostering Program (PWG) is intended to serve and reach congregations, including those who fall into the category of marginalized groups, such as scavengers, to become effective members of the church and society. GMIM Getsemani Sumompo is one of the churches that has a PWG program for scavengers. Thus, this study intends to evaluate the PWG program for scavengers at GMIM Getsemani Sumompo. The evaluation was carried out using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The results of the evaluation show that the PWG program for scavengers is running quite well but has not fully empowered the scavengers
