Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia sejak Maret 2020 telah merubah berbagai aspek kehidupan di dalam masyarakat, dimana termasuk bidang teknologi yang hadir dalam dunia pembelajaran. Perubahan teknologi selama Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan dampak dari keputusan Pemerintah melalui Surat Edaran Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang COVID-19 di Bidang Pendidikan, dan Surat Edaran Nomor 36962 / MPK.A / HK / 2020, dimana surat ini berisi tentang belajar daring dan bekerja di rumah. Dalam isinya, surat edaran ini mengatur tentang bagiamana pencegahan penyebaran penyakit coronavirus (COVID-19), serta pengumuman dan instruksi dari pimpinan universitas dan para kepala daerah. Adanya surat edaran ini membuat perubahan di dalam bidang pembelajaran di sekolah termasuk SMA yang di wajibkan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di rumah masing-masing, yang disebut dengan pembelajaran secara daring. Pembelajaran secara daring dijalankan oleh seluruh lapisan SMA yang ada di Negara Indonesia, dimana termasuk juga SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo yang ada di daerah Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Adapun pembelajaran secara daring di SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo menggunakan aplikasi zoom yang memang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring tersebut. Namun, di dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring dengan aplikasi zoom di SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo banyak terdapat hambatan dan juga kendala yang dialami baik dari para guru dan juga para siswa yang merupakan pelaku komunikasi selama pembelajaran daring dengan aplikasi zoom. Melihat hal itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian, dimana penelitian ini pada dasarnya berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi atau menemukan bagaimana hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi pada guru terhadap siswa selama pembelajaran secara daring dengan aplikasi zoom. Dimana, peneliti menemukan bahwa di dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom selama Covid-19 di SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo, guru dan juga para siswa SMA mengalami hambatan komunikasi yang signifikan yang mengakibatkan komunikasi yang dilakukan menjadi tidak efetif dan secara khusus menjadi tidak ideal. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Hambatan Komunikasi, Komunikasi Virtual, Pembelajaran Daring, Covid-19, Aplikasi Zoom./ The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed various aspects of life in society, including the field of technology that is present in the world of learning. Changes in technology during the Covid-19 pandemic are the impact of the Government's decision through Circular Letter Number 3 of 2020 concerning COVID-19 in the Education Sector, and Circular Letter Number 36962 / MPK.A / HK / 2020, where this letter contains changes in learning and activities online and work from home. In its contents, this circular regulates how to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), as well as announcements and instructions from university leaders and regional heads. The existence of this circular makes changes in the field of learning in schools including high schools which are required to carry out learning activities at home, which is called online learning. Online learning is carried out by all levels of SMA in Indonesia, which includes SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo in South Nias Regency. As for online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo using the zoom application, which does support online learning activities. However, in the online learning process with the zoom application at SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo there are many obstacles and also obstacles experienced by both the teachers and also the students who are the perpetrators of communication during online learning with the zoom application. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research, where this research basically focuses on identifying or discovering how communication barriers occur between teachers and students during online learning with the zoom application. Where as, Researcher found that in the implementation of the online learning process through the zoom applications during Covid-19at SMA Negeri 1 Maniamolo, teachers and also high school students experienced significant communication barriers which resulted in communication beiing ineffective and specifically not ideal.
