Abstract

Pengaruh Insentif dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung Jakarta Timur Badruttamam Almunawar, 1831150065 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Insentif dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam bentuk kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebanyak 32 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software IBM Statistik versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Insentif memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung sebesar 43,9%. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung sebesar 32,3%. Insentif dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung. Insentif dan Motivasi mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Guru pada Yayasan Al-Falah Ujung Menteng Cakung Jakarta Timur secara simultan dengan nilai sebesar 0,441 atau 44,1%, dimana 55,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Insentif, Motivasi, Kinerja./ The Influence of Incentives and Motivation on Teacher Performance at the Al-Falah Foundation, Ujung Menteng Cakung, East Jakarta Badruttamam Almunawar, 1831150065 This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and motivation on teacher performance at the Al-Falah Foundation, Ujung Menteng, Cakung, East Jakarta. The research method used is the Quantitative Method. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees at the Al-Falah Foundation, Ujung Menteng, Cakung, East Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study is the Saturated Sampling Technique where all members of the population are used as many as 32 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics software version 24. The results showed that incentives have an influence on teacher performance at the Al-Falah Foundation, Ujung Menteng Cakung by 43.9%. Motivation has an influence on teacher performance at the Al-Falah Foundation in Ujung Menteng Cakung by 32.3%. Incentives and motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Al-Falah Foundation in Ujung Menteng Cakung. Incentives and motivations influence teacher performance variables at the Al-Falah Foundation, Ujung Menteng Cakung, East Jakarta simultaneously with a value of 0.441 or 44.1%, of which 55.9% is explained by other factors not included in this study.
