Abstract

COVID-19 di akhir tahun 2019 mulai menjadi permasalahan yang berdampak luas di berbagai negara di seluruh dunia dan menyebabkan perubahan pola pada kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia di berbagai bidang. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi pelajar. Indonesia saat ini sudah masuk pada masa peralihan pandemi COVID-19 ke fase New Normal yang mengharuskan masyarakat untuk kembali menyesuaikan diri dengan gaya hidup yang baru sehingga bisa melakukan aktivitas seperti normal. masa new normal masih tetap menjadi masalah karena menimbulkan pengaruh pada kondisi mental dari setiap masyarakat khususnya untuk mahasiswa, karena justru hal inilah yang menimbulkan suatu tekanan atau beban yang sangat berat sehingga menimbulkan adanya rasa kecemasan. Jenis metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Juli-September 2022 di fakultas kedokteran universitas kristen indonesia. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kuesioner Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). Metode pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan total 137 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat gangguan kecemasan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia angkatan 2020 dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan sebesar 89.1%, tingkat gangguan kecemasan sedang sebesar 7.3% dan tingkat gangguan kecemasan berar sebesar 3.6%. Sehingga diambil kesimpulan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia Angkatan 2020 mengalami Tingkat Gangguan Kecemasan Ringan pada masa peralihan Pandemi Covid-19 ke New Normal./ COVID-19 at the end of 2019 began to become a problem that had a wide impact in various countries around the world and caused a change in patterns in the lives of Indonesian people in various fields. The government issued a policy to implement distance learning for students. Indonesia is currently entering the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic to the New Normal phase, which requires people to re-adjust to a new lifestyle so that they can carry out activities as normal. The new normal period is still a problem because it affects the mental condition of every society, especially for students, because this is precisely what causes a very heavy pressure or burden, causing a sense of anxiety. The type of method used in this research is descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted during July-September 2022 at the Faculty of Medicine, Christian University of Indonesia. The instrument used in this study was the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) questionnaire. The sampling method in this study was total sampling with a total of 137 respondents. The results in this study indicate that the level of anxiety disorders owned by students of the Faculty of Medicine, Christian University of Indonesia batch 2020 with a mild anxiety level of 89.1%, a moderate anxiety disorder level of 7.3% and a significant anxiety disorder level of 3.6%. So it was concluded that most of the students of the Faculty of Medicine at the Indonesian Christian University Class of 2020 experienced a Mild Anxiety Disorder Level during the transition from the Covid-19 Pandemic to New Normal
