Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada lingkup rumah tangga merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara sadar dan muncul sebagai bentuk pemahaman yang mempengaruhi suatu individu, keluarga, kelompok, ataupun masyarakat untuk dapat bertanggung jawab secara perorangan di bidang kesehatan serta terlibat andil dalam menciptakan lingkup publik yang sehat. Program pencapaian perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tingkat rumah tangga telah banyak diupayakan oleh pemerintah. Akan tetapi, target pencapaian rumah tangga ber-PHBS rupanya masih belum tercapai dengan baik di dalam ruang lingkup nasional hingga mancanegara. Diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu guna mengidentifikasi gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik serta karakteristik keluarga di RT 02 RW 21 Cluster Safir Permata Cimanggis, Kota Depok terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Tugas akhir ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada 48 ibu rumah tangga yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 juli 2022. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Perolehan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas isian data identitas dan urutan pertanyaan mengenai PHBS yang ditujukan kepada responden sebagai instrumen penelitian. Diketahui bahwa mayoritas usia responden berasal dari kelompok usia 36-45 tahun yaitu 27 orang (56,3%), jenjang pendidikan terbanyak yang ditempuh oleh responden adalah Sarjana/Diploma IV yakni 20 orang (41,6%), sebagian besar responden merupakan Ibu Rumah Tangga yakni sebanyak 27 orang (56,3%). Mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terhadap PHBS yaitu sejumlah 48 orang (100%), sikap yang positif sebanyak 47 orang (97,9%), serta praktik yang baik sebanyak 45 orang (93,7%) dan yang cukup sejumlah 3 orang (6,3%). Dari hasil penelitian berikut, diharapkan untuk kedepannya keluarga setempat dapat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik mengenai PHBS sehingga status kesehatan seluruh anggota keluarga juga semakin meningkat./ Clean and healthy living behavior is the health behavior appertained by a person on his/her own consciousness so that all family members can actively join in public health activities and be able to solve the health problems independently. The government has widely pursued the program of achieving clean and healthy living behavior (CHLB) in the household. However, the target of achieving households with CHLB is apparently still not well achieved within the scope of national to foreign countries. This research pursues to identify the description of knowledge, attitudes, and practices as favourably as the characteristics of families located in RT 02 RW 21 Cluster of Safir Permata Cimanggis, Depok city towards the clean and healthy living behaviour. This research gained a descriptive study with a quantitative application on 48 housewives which was carried out on July 11, 2022. The sample collection method was the purposive sampling. Data acquisition was conducted using a research instrument in the form of questionnaires consisting of identity data and a sequence of questions about CHLB addressed to the respondents. The results discovered that the majority of respondents came from the age group of 36-45 years, which were 27 people (56,3%), the highest level of education taken by respondents was Bachelor/Diploma IV degree as much 20 people (41,6%), the work status by most respondents were Housewives, as many as 27 people (56,3%). The majority of respondents showed good knowledge about PHBS, as much 48 people (100%), a positive attitude as many as 47 people (97,9%), as well as good practice of 45 people (93,7%), and a sufficient number of 3 people (6,3%). Conforming to the results of the following research, it is expected that the local families can further improve knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding the CHLB in the future. Thus, the health status of all family members will also improve.
