Abstract

Mioma uterus adalah kanker tidak berbahaya yang dalam banyak kasus dilacak pada wanita yang bergantung dalam hormon steroid seks yang tumbuh dalam jaringan miometrium. Meskipun mekanisme patogenesis mioma uterus tidak diketahui secara pasti, namun usia reproduksi adalah salah satu elemennya resiko yang dapat meningkatan resiko mioma uteri. Studi berencana guna memutuskan korelasi dalam umur reproduksi dan obesitas dengan frekuensi mioma uteri di RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur selama periode Januari 2019 – Desember 2019. Studi menerapkan analitik deskriptif berjenis retrospektif dengan desain studi cross sectional juga mengumpulkan data sekunder. Data pada penelitian ini diambil dari data rekam medik pasien mioma uteri di RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur selama periode Januari – Desember tahun 2019. Berlandaskan studi dalam rekam medik di RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur selama periode Januari – Desember tahun 2019 dari 80 subyek penelitian dimana berkapasitas untuk mengikuti penelitian, 47 pasien mioma uteri (68,1%) mengalami obesitas dan 22 pasien mioma uteri (31,9%) tidak mengalami obesitas (p value = 0,357). Insidensi mioma uteri terjadi pada rentang usia 14 – 49 tahun sebanyak 51 wanita (73,9%) dan pada rentang usia ≥ 50 tahun sebanyak 18 wanita (26,1%) (p value = 0,217). Tidak ditemukannya korelasi dalam reproduksi dan obesitas terhadap kasus mioma uteri di RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur selama periode Januari 2019 – Desember 2019./ Uterine fibroids are the most commonest benign tumors in females, it is form of sex steroid hormone-dependent that grow in miometrium. Despite that fact that underlying pathogenesis mechanisms are not full figured out, nonetheless age and obesity are risk factors that can increase risk of uterine fibroids. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between age and obesity with incidence of uterine fibroids at Pasar Rebo Hospital, East Jakarta during periodes of January 2019 – December 2019. This study use a retrospective descriptive analytics method with a cross sectional with secondary data. The data of this study were taken from medical records of uterine fibroids patients at Pasar Rebo Hospital, East Jakarta during periodes of January 2019 – December 2019. Based on the results of medical record research at Pasar Rebo Hospital, East Jakarta during the period January 2019 – December 2019 from 80 research samples that met the inclusion criteria, 47 uterine myoma patients (68.1%) were obese and 22 uterine myoma patients (31.9%) not obese (p-value = 0.357). The incidence of uterine myomas occurred in the age range of 14 - 49 years as many as 51 women (73.9%) and in the age range of 50 years as many as 18 women (26.1%) (p-value = 0.217). There is no significant relationship between age and obesity with the incidence of uterine myomas at Pasar Rebo Hospital, East Jakarta during the period January 2019 – December 2019.
