Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Kristen adalah pendidikan yang mengajarkan tentang moral dan mental juga spiritual di mana penekanan pendidikan mengarah pada tiga aspek pendidikan, yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang secara sistematis terjadi dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning merupakan program penyelenggaraan kelas pembelajaran on line untuk menjangkau kelompok sasaran yang masif dan luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas proses e-learning yang dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Kristen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Tomohon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan beberapa instrumen penelitian seperti tes, pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan angket. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi COVID-19, proses belajar mengajar yang stagnan, dengan metode e-learning justru menjadi lebih dinamis. E-learning dapat menjadi solusi untuk menekan biaya pendidikan jika dilakukan dengan regulasi yang tepat./ Christian Religion Education is an education that teaches about one’s moral (students) and mental and also spiritual in which the emphasis of education leads to three aspects of education, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes that systematically occur in the teaching and learning process. E-learning is a program for organizing online learning classes to reach a massive and broad targeted group. This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the e-learning process carried out in the Christian Education Study Program, Indonesia Christian University, Tomohon. This is a qualitative research that were conducted with some research instruments such as tests, interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and questionnaires. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The result showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process that has been stagnated, with e-learning method has actually became more dynamic. E-learning can be a solution to reduce the cost of education if it is carried out with precise regulations.
