Abstract
Teguh Supono: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kompensasi Terhadap Komitmen Profesi Guru di Yayayasan Pangudi Luhur Perwakilan Jakarta, Tesis, Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2022. Kualitas guru adalah salah satu aspek penting yang menjamin kualitas pendidikan di satu sekolah. Salah satu kualitas yang dituntut ada pada guru adalah komitmen profesi. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen profesi guru. Dua diantaranya adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi. Kenyataan di lapangan, komitmen profesi guru belum cukup tinggi sehingga keadaan ini dapat menjadi salah satu alasan rendahnya kualitas guru. Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen guru di Yayasan Pangudi Luhur Perwakilan Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan melibatkan semua guru tetap Yayasan Pangudi Luhur (n=105) sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey dan wawancara menggunakan Skala Komitmen Profesi dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,969, Skala Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,988, Skala Persepsi terhadap Kompensasi dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,980, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari r-tabel sebesar 0,60. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan kategorisasi, dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tansformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen profesi guru dengan nilai koefisien signifikansi sebesar 0,535. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi merupakan dua aspek penting yang dapat meningkatkan maupun menurunkan komitmen profesi guru Kata kunci: Komitmen profesi, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, guru./ Teguh Supono: The Effect Of Transformational Leadership And Compensation On Teacher Professional Commitments At Yayasan Pangudi Luhur, Jakarta Representative, Central Jakarta, Thesis, Jakarta: Graduate Program, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2022. Teacher quality is one of the important aspects that guarantees the quality of education in a school. One of the qualities required of teachers is professional commitment. There are many factors that can increase the commitment of the teaching profession. Two of them are transformational leadership and compensation. The reality on the ground is that the commitment of the teaching profession is not high enough so that this situation can be one of the reasons for the low quality of teachers. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on teacher commitment at the Yayasan Pangudi Luhur, Jakarta Representative. The research method used was simple linear correlation research. This research was population research involving all permanent teachers of Yayasan Pangudi Luhur (n=105) as research respondents. Data was collected using survey and interview techniques using the Professional Commitment Scale with a reliability value of 0.969, Transformational Leadership Scale with a reliability value of 0.988, Perceptions of Compensation Scale with a reliability value of 0.980, this value was greater than the r table of 0.60. The data analysis technique used was descriptive with categorization, and regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership and compensation had a significant effect on the commitment of the teaching profession with a significance coefficient value of 0.535.
