Abstract

RAHAYU WIDYASTUTI, “Pengaruh Penerapan Total Ouality Management terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia” Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Total Ouality Management yang meliputi fokus pada nasabah, pelatihan pendidikan dan kerjasama tim terhadap Kineja Manajerial. Pengujian dilakukan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia cabang Otista dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 65. Data sekunder diuji dan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. Cara pengujian dalam penulisan ini mengunakan regresi berganda, kofisiensi determinasi, uji signifikansi secara parsial t dan uji signifikasi secara simultan uji F. Dari hasil uji didapatkan bahwa seluruh variabel Total Ouality Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap variabel Kinerja Manajerial. Kinerja manajerial BRI dipengaruhi oleh Total Ouality Management sebesar 80,8Yo, sedangkan sisanya 19,246 dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya diluar variabel independen yang dibahas dalam penulisan ini. Variabel bebas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial adalah variabel kerjasama tim dengan koefisien regresi 0,463, selanjutnya fokus pada nasabah dengan koefisien regresi 0,406 dan yang terakhir pendidikan pelatihan dengan koefisien regresi 0,232. Untuk itu di harapkan BRI dapat meningkatkan segala aspek dalam perusahaan sehingga kinerja manajerial dalam perusahan akan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menjalankan oprasional perusahaan dan pelayanan terhadap nasabahnya. Kata kunci: Manajemenen mutu terpadu, kinerja manajerial, bank./ RAHAYU WIDYASTUTI, “The Influence of the Implementation of Total Ouality Management of Managerial Performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia" This writing aims to determine the effect of total application Quality Management which includes customer focus, education training and teamwork towards Managerial Performance. Tests carried out on Bank Rakyat Indonesia Otista branch with a total of 65 respondents. Secondary data was tested and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version of SPSS 26.0. How to test in this writing using multiple regression, coefficient of determination, partial significance test t and significance test simultaneously F test. From the test results, it was found that all of the Total Quality . variables Management has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable managerial. BRI managerial performance is influenced by Total Quality Management amounted to 80.8Yo, while the remaining 19.246 was influenced by other variables outside of the independent variables discussed in this writing. The most influential independent variable on performance managerial is a teamwork variable with a regression coefficient of 0.463, then focus on customers with a regression coefficient of 0.406 and last education training with a regression coefficient of 0.232. For this reason, it is hoped that BRI can improve all aspects of company so that managerial performance within the company will be more effective and efficient in carrying out the company's operations and services to its customers.
