Abstract

Nama : VERA HENDRA SITOMPUL Program Studi : Magister Manajemen Judul : Analisis Risiko Operasional Dalam Proses Pembayaran Uang Sekolah Peserta Didik Di SD Dharma Budhi Bhakti Risiko Operasional merupakan risiko yang umumnya bersumber dari internal perusahaan ,dimana risiko tersebut terjadi disebabkan oleh lamanya sistem kontrol manajemen. Sekolah Dharma Budhi Bhakti didalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis proses pembayaran uang sekolah peserta didik akan melewati beberapa tahapan yang didalam proses bisnisnya yaitu persiapan data, input data, proses validasi data dan masa bayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan manajemen risiko yang dimulai dari Identifikas risiko disetiap tahapan proses pembayaran uang sekolah peserta didik dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone didapati ada 9 item risiko dari setiap tahapan yang terbagi dari 2 item risiko di persiapan data, 2 item risiko di input data, 2 item risiko di proses validasi data oleh Tata usaha dan 3 item risiko di masa bayar. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengukur risiko dengan menghitung peluang dan dampak dari risiko tersebut dan dengan tabel Heat Map hasil perkalian antara peluang dan dampak dari risiko – risiko di setiap tahapan proses pembayaran uang sekolah peserta didik diketahui bahwa nilai Risk Assesment Matrik berada dalam kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Dan diakhiri dengan menggunakan diagram Risk Appetite Levels diketahui tekhnik pengelolaan risiko yaitu dengan Accaptable atau menerima risiko tersebut yang dipergunakan merancang strategi untuk merespon risiko. Dan dari penelitian ini diperoleh strategi respon risiko untuk tahapan persiapan data adalah sebelum melakukan pencatatan akuntasi, bagian tata usaha harus terlebih dahulu melakukan pendataan nama-nama peserta didik yang akan dimasukkan data peserta didik yang belum melakukan pembayaran uang sekolah dengan teliti, komunikasi terlebih dan koordinasi dengan semua pihak orangtua atau wali kelas, serta melakukan persiapan waktu yang baik sebelum melakukan pencatatan akuntasi dan pendataan nama peserta didik. Tahapan kedua yaitu input data dengan strategi respon risiko adalah dengan menunjuk petugas tata usaha yang bertanggung jawab dan profesional, serta mempersiapkan tenaga pengganti yang kompetensi,melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak teknologi informasi dan mempersiapkan cadangan jaringan dari penyedia jasa jaringan apabila nantinya terjadi gangguan pada jaringan. Strategi Respon risiko tahapan proses validasi data adalah sebelum dilakukan proses upload data sebaiknya dilakukan validasi yang teliti dan melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Untuk tenaga karyawan di tata usaha sebaiknya diseleksi sesuai dengan kompetensi serta memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk memaksimalkan hasil kerja yang baik. Dan untuk tahapan masa bayar strategi respon risikonya adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi yang terintegrasi ,memberikan informasi pembayaran sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di sekolah, dan melakukan komunikasi yang baik dengan pihak para orang tua peserta didik atau guru wali kelas, melakukan transaksi pembayaran yang secara terbuka atau transparan serta pegawai tata usaha yang menerima proses pembayaran uang sekolah harus jujur. In carrying out the business activities of the Budhi Bhakti school, the payment process for student tuition will go through several stages in the business process, namely data preparation, data input, data validation process and payment period. This study uses the stages of risk management starting from identifying the risks at each stage of the student tuition payment process using a fishbone diagram, it was found that there were 9 risk items from each stage divided into 2 risk items in data preparation, 2 risk items in data input, 2 items. risk in the data validation process by Administration and 3 risk items in the period of payment. Then proceed by measuring the risk by calculating the opportunities and impacts of these risks and with the Heat Map table the results of the multiplication between the opportunities and the impacts of the risks at each stage of the student tuition payment process, it is known that the value of the Risk Assessment Matrix is in the high and very high category. . And ended by using the Risk Appetite Levels diagram, it is known that risk management techniques are Accaptable or accepting the risk which is used to design strategies to respond to risk. And from this research, the risk response strategy for the data preparation stage is obtained, before recording accounting, the administration department must first collect data on the names of students who will enter the data of students who have not made tuition payments carefully, first communication and coordination. with all parents or homeroom teachers, as well as make good time preparations before making accounting records and registering names of students. The second stage is data input with a risk response strategy by appointing responsible and professional administrative officers, as well as preparing competent replacement staff, coordinating with information technology parties and preparing network backups from network service providers in the event of network disruption. The risk response strategy in the data validation process stage is that before the data upload process is carried out, careful validation should be carried out and coordinated with related parties. For employees in administration, it should be selected according to competence and provide training to employees to maximize good work results. And for the stages of the payment period, the risk response strategy is to build an integrated information system, provide payment information according to applicable school regulations, and communicate well with the parents of students or the homeroom teacher, make payment transactions openly or transparent and administrative staff who accept the process of paying school fees must be honest.
