Abstract

EDO JOHANNES PAHALA S, Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional adalah seseorang pemimpin yang memiliki interaksi antara pemimpin dan karyawan untuk dapat menyatukan persepsi, pola berpikir yang sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Kepemimpinan transformasional ini juga dapat mengubah kesadaran karyawan untuk terus bergerak memberikan perubahan inspiratif. Motivasi Kerja adalah suatu dorongan yang dimiliki setiap individu untuk memberikan kontribusi yang dimiliki tanpa paksaan dan memiliki tanggung jawab sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik dan tujuan perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Vajiro Mulia Gemilang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, jumlah sampel didalam penelitian adalah 64 karyawan PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang dengan skala hitung menggunakan skala likert terhadap pernyataan yang terdapat didalam kuesioner. Untuk mengolah data penulis menggunakan alat bantu computer berupa SPSS18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar (0,479) dan diperoleh uji t hitung (4,891) lebih besar dari t tabel (0,2461) maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar (0,401) dan diperoleh uji t hitung (3,763) lebih besar dari t tabel (0,2461) maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan./ EDO JOHANNES PAHALA S, Relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership Style is a leader who has interaction between leaders and employees to be able to unite perceptions, the same pattern of thinking to achieve common goals. This transformational leadership can also change employee awareness to keep moving to provide inspiring change. Work motivation is an encouragement that every individual has to contribute without coercion and has responsibility so that it can run well and the company's goals can be achieved. This study aims to see how the relationship between transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Vajiro Mulia Gemilang. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, the number of samples in the study were 64 employees of PT. Vajiro Glorious Glorious. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang with a calculation scale using a Likert scale for the statements contained in the questionnaire. To process the data the author uses a computer tool in the form of SPSS18. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang This is indicated by the spearman rank correlation coefficient of (0.479) and the t-test (4.891) is greater than t table (0.2461), then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at PT. Vajiro Mulia Gemilang This is indicated by the rank spearman correlation coefficient of (0.401) and the t-test (3.763) is greater than t table (0.2461), then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship.
