Abstract
Pekerja merupakan salah satu bagian elemen peting dari perusahaan guna untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan tersebut. Efisiensi kerja para pekerja sangat tergantung pada kekuatan otot mereka dimana Kekuatan genggaman tangan (HGS) menentukan kekuatan otot seseorang. Dalam hal ini PT Denso Indonesia yang merupakan perusahaan bergerak di bidang otomotif sangat memperhatikan betul kondisi pekerjanya guna untuk menunjang produktivitas dalam segi efektif dan efisien. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu dalam pemasangan baut oleh pekerja terkadang kurang kencang sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas hasil produksi, oleh sebab itu peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi terhadap kekuatan torsi baut pada station bus atau truk Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksprimen dengan sampel 11 orang operator sedangkan data diolah secara Anova. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah (1) Dari 11 koresponden operator yang dijadikan sampel peneliti mempunyai rincian status gizi sebagai berikut 4 Obesitas level 1 , 6 Normal dan 1 Mild Thiness. (2) Dalam kategori status gizi OB level 1 rata-rata nilai kekuatan genggaman tangan yaitu 44,4 Kg, kategori status gizi Normal rata-rata nilai kekuatan genggaman tangan yaitu 37,33 Kg, Operator status gizi Mild Thines dengan jumlah 1 orang memiliki kekuatan genggaman tangan 37,9 Kg.(3) Tidak ada pengaruh antara status gizi dan umur operator terhadap kekuatan genggaman tangan dan rata-rata maksimum torsi karena nilai F-hitung < F-tabel dan sig > 0,05./ Workers are one of the most important elements of the company in order to increase the productivity of the company. Work efficiency of workers is highly dependent on their muscle strength where hand grip strength (HGS) determines a person's muscle strength. In this case, PT Denso Indonesia, which is a company engaged in the automotive sector, is very concerned about the conditions of its workers in order to support productivity in an effective and efficient manner. The problem that occurs is that the installation of bolts by workers is sometimes not tight enough so that it affects the quality of production, therefore researchers are interested in knowing the effect of nutritional status on the torque strength of bolts on bus or truck stations. The method used is the experimental method with a sample of 11 operators while the data processed by ANOVA. The results obtained from the study were (1) From the 11 correspondent operators who were sampled, the researchers had detailed nutritional status as follows: 4 OB level 1 , 6 Normal and 1 Mild Thiness. (2) In the category of nutritional status OB level 1 the average value of hand grip strength is 44.4 Kg, in the Normal nutritional status category the average value of hand grip strength is 37.33 Kg, Operator nutritional status Mild Thines with 1 person has hand grip strength 37.9 Kg. (3) There is no effect between nutritional status and operator age on hand grip strength and average maximum torque because the F-count < F-table and sig > 0.05.
