Abstract

Novia Zareth Simarmata. “Strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pemuda di Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) Tigaras Resort Agustheis Tigaras”. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pemuda di gereja GKPS Tigaras Resort Agustheis Tigaras. Untuk menemukan tujuan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sepuluh orang terdiri dari satu orang pendeta, empat orang penatua, dan lima orang pemuda. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara, setelah itu dilanjukan dalam analisis data dengan deskripsi analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa gereja memang sudah memahami strategi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pemuda di GKPS dan masih hanya sebatas teori. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat memberikan suatu gambaran mengenai Strategi Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pemuda di GKPS Tigaras Resort Agustheis Tigaras, yang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pemuda yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemuda. The strategy of Christian education in improving youth services in the Simalungun Protestant Church (GKPS), Agustheis Tigaras Resort. Thesis of The Master Of Christian Religious Education, Jakarta, 2020. This research aimed to determined the strategy of Christian Religious Education to improving youth services in the Tigaras GKPS. To find these objectives, this research used qualitative method, and using purposive sampling techniques. There are ten informants in this study consisting of one priest, four elders, and five youths. The data collection used observation and interviews techniques, and then the analysis of the research data with analysis description. The results of this research indicate that the church does understand the education strategy in improving youth services in GKPS and it still limited to theory. By this research, it can provide an overview of Christian education strategies in improving youth services at Tigaras GKPS Agustheis Tigaras Resort, which can improve youth services in accordance with youth needs.
