As per the World Health Association (WHO) in 2019, the predominance of diabetes mellitus from 1980 to 2014 from 108 million or 4.7% to 422 million or to 8.5% has expanded. As indicated by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in 2017 in light of estimations of IGT (Impered glucose resistance), the pervasiveness of prediabetes in grown-ups matured 20 years and more than was 7.3% or 352.1 million and in 2045 it is assessed to increment to 8.3% or 587 million. The expansion in non-transmittable sicknesses, for example, diabetes mellitus is brought about by low quality food or cheap food that is eaten consistently, which is remembered for staple food substitutes, like broiled chicken, pizza, humberger, sandwiches, noodles, and seared food sources, refreshments pop, frozen yogurt and others that can be assembled in hazardous food sources. As indicated by information from the 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS), the predominance of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia from 2013 to 2018 expanded from 6.9% to 8.5%. This examination strategy is utilizing insightful technique with cross sectional methodology. The populace in this study is a populace matured 15-98 years in Indonesia kept in the 2018 RISKESDAS information. The example utilizes absolute testing, with a sum of 5,038 respondents addressing. The information is introduced as a circulation table and dissected utilizing the chi-square test and chances proportion. The aftereffects of this study were 5,038 respondents encountered an expansion in blood glucose levels at the age of 15-98 years. Then, at that point, there is a connection between sweet food sources, acquired 0.000 (p < 0.05) and additionally 0.694, 95% CI: 0.615-0.783, sweet beverages got 0.000 (p < 0.05) or potentially 0.636, 95% CI: 0.561-0.720, and on soda pops got 0.307 (p> 0.05) as well as 0.836, 95% CI: 0.593-1.179, and moment noodles got 0.053 (p> 0.05) and additionally 0.860, 95% CI: 0.738-1.002 for the rate of prediabetes and diabetes mellitus in Indonesia.
