Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang paling digemari hampir di seluruh negara di dunia, tidak terkecuali di Indonesia Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk terbesar keempat di dunia, artinya jumlah penduduk suatu negara besar kualitas sumber daya manusianya juga besar, namun jika diukur dari segi kualitas, Indonesia termasuk dalam salah satu negara yang belum cukup membanggakan prestasinya di bidang olahraga. Di bidang sepak bola, Indonesia tidak begitu kompetitif dalam berbagai hal, terutama dalam pendidikan, mulai dari pembibitan hingga pembinaan hingga pemberdayaan atletnya. Seperti yang kita ketahui, olahraga bisa menjadi kebanggaan suatu negara, dan sepak bola juga bisa menjadi perekat persatuan bangsa, khususnya Indonesia yang memiliki keragaman suku dan budaya. Sepak bola dimainkan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat Indonesia tanpa memandang usia, status, latar belakang dan ras. Berbagai solusi kerap dilancarkan oleh sepak bola Indonesia (PSSI) dalam upaya memajukan dan meningkatkan sepak bola di tingkat junior, antara lain dengan menggalakkan program latihan sejak dini dan meluncurkan kompetisi di kelompok usia tertentu. Kata Kunci : Akademi Sepak Bola ,Arsitektur Modern./ Football is the most popular sport in almost all countries in the world, not least in Indonesia Indonesia is a country that has the fourth largest population in the world, meaning that the population of a large country the quality of its human resources is also large, but when measured in terms of quality, Indonesia is categorized into one of the countries that has not been proud enough in its achievements in sports. In the field of soccer, Indonesia is not very competitive in various ways, especially in education, from nurseries to coaching to the empowerment of its athletes. As we know, the field of sports can be the pride of a country, and football can also be the glue of national unity, especially Indonesia, which has a diversity of tribes and cultures. Football is played by all levels of Indonesian society regardless of age, status, background and race. Various solutions are often launched by Indonesian soccer (PSSI) in an effort to improve and improve football at the junior level, among others, by promoting training programs from an early age and launching competitions in certain age groups.
