Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara yang berpotensi mengalami gempa karena terletak di area Cincin Api Pasifik (Ring of Fire). Indonesia mempunyai standar kegempaan terbaru yaitu SNI 03-1726-2019 yang menggantikan standar kegempaan sebelumnya yaitu SNI 03-1726-2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil perhitungan dan analisa apartemen Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Pondok Cina Depok berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2012 dan SNI 03-1726-2019 serta mengetahui parameter apa saja yang membuat perbedaan signifikan antara SNI 03-1726-2012 terhadap SNI 03-1726-2019. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis dinamik respon spektrum dengan bantuan program ETABS V18.0.2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan parameter nilai SS dan S1 pada SNI 03-1726-2019 sebesar 22,22% dan 25% sehingga mengakibatkan terpengaruhnya parameter nilai SDS dan SD1 yang menjadi acuan perhitungan nilai percepatan respon spektra pada SNI 03-1726-2019. Nilai gaya geser dasar statik arah X dan Y pada SNI 03-1726-2019 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18% dari nilai gaya geser dasar statik pada SNI 03-1726-2012 dan nilai gaya geser dasar dinamik arah X dan Y pada SNI 03-1726-2019 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15% dari nilai gaya geser dasar dinamik pada SNI 03- 1726-2012. Kenaikan gaya geser dasar terjadi dikarenakan percepatan respon spectral design mengalami peningkatan yang yang tinggi pada SNI 03-1726-2019 dibandingkan SNI 03-1726-2012. Berdasarkan Kontrol level kinerja struktur gedung apartemen Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Pondok Cina Depok termasuk dalam level Immediate Occupancy artinya pada saat terjadi gempa bangunan tidak mengalami kerusakan yang berat, masih bisa digunakan dan resiko korban yang terjadi sangat kecil. Kata kunci: SNI 03-1726-2019, Respon Spektrum, Level Kinerja./ Indonesia is a country that may experience an earthquake because it is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire. Indonesia has the latest seismic standard, namely SNI 03-1726-2019 which replaces the previous seismic standard, namely SNI 03-1726-2012. This study aims to compare the results and analysis of the Pondok Cina Depok Transit Oriented Development (TOD) apartment based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726-2019 and find out what parameters make a significant difference between SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726-2019. The method used is the dynamic analysis of the response spectrum with the help of the ETABS V18.0.2 program. The results show that there is an increase in the parameter values of SS and S1 in SNI 03-1726-2019 by 22.22% and 25% so that it has an impact on the parameter values of SDS and SD1 which are the reference for assessing the acceleration of response spectra in SNI 03-1726-2019. The value of the basic static shear force in the X and Y directions in SNI 03-1726-2019 increased by 18% from the value of the basic static shear force in SNI 03-1726-2012 and the value of the dynamic basic shear force in the X and Y directions in SNI 03-1726- 2019 experienced an increase of 15% from the value of the dynamic base shear force in SNI 03-1726-2012. The increase in the basic shear force occurs because the acceleration of the spectral design response has a high increase in SNI 03-1726-2019 compared to SNI 03-1726-2012. Based on the level of performance of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) apartment building, Pondok Cina Depok is included in the Immediate Occupancy level, meaning that when an earthquake occurs the building does not suffer serious damage, can still be used and the risk that occurs is very small.
