Abstract

Infeksi saluran kemih （ISK） adalah suatu reaksi inflamasi pada sel-sel urotelium yang melapisi saluran kemih sebagai bentuk pertahanan, hal ini disebabkan karena bakteri yang masuk ke dalam saluran kemih dan berkembang biak di dalam media urin. Penggunaan antibotik yang tidak tepat akan berakibat pada terapi yang tidak tercapai dan resistensi antibiotik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ISK di RS Hermina Depok periode Januari 2019 – Desember 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis non eksperimental dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode total sampling. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu angka kejadian ISK terbesar dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (77,3%), dan angka kejadian ISK terbesar pada usia 36-45 tahun (27,1%), serta diagnosis pielonefritis (90,1%) sebagai angka kejadian ISK terbesar. Jenis obat antibiotik untuk terapi ISK paling banyak pada seftriakson (59,1%). Pada penelitian ini, hasil analisis terapi antibiotik dinyatakan tepat indikasi (100%), tepat obat (90,1%), tepat dosis (52,5%), dan tepat pasien (99,4%)./ Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an inflammatory reaction of urothelium cells lining the urinary tract, as a form of defense caused by the entry of bacteria into the urinary tract and multiplies in the urine. Inappropriate use of antibiotics won't give any beneficial outcome and contribute to the promotion of resistant bacteria. This study aims to determine the description of the use of antibiotics in urinary tract infection patients at Hermina Depok Hospital during Januari 2019 – December 2020. The type of this research was non-experimental with retrospective data collection. Samples were taken by the total sampling method. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the urinary tract infection incidence found highest with the female (77,3%) and the incidence highest occured at the age between 36-45 years old, and pyelonephritis (90,1%) as the highest diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infection. The most used antibiotic for urinary tract infection therapy was ceftriaxone (59,1%). The antibiotic analysis parameter obtained was right indication (100%), right medication (90,1%), right dosage (52,5%), and right patient (99,4%).
