Abstract

Nyeri punggung bawah merupakan suatu keadaan yang mengganggu kenyamanan seseorang akibat adanya rasa nyeri yang timbul di antara ruas lumbalis kelima dan sakralis pertama (L5 – S1). Keluhan NPB merupakan penyebab utama hilangnya tahun produktif akibat disabilitas karena penyakit dan cedera di DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2017. Faktor risiko NPB yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, obesitas, faktor pekerjaan (mengangkat beban berat dan postur tubuh yang tidak ergonomis), kebiasaan olahraga, dan riwayat penyakit dahulu yang pernah dialami. Tulisan ini membahas tentang profil pasien NPB di poliklinik neurologi RSU UKI pada periode Januari 2019 – Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain penelitian retrospektif cross sectional. Data didapatkan dengan cara mengumpulkan serta menganalisis rekam medis pasien poliklinik neurologi RSU UKI yang datang berobat dengan keluhan utama NPB. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Dari 101 pasien NPB yang datang berobat ke poliklinik neurologi RSU UKI pada periode Januari 2019 – Desember 2020, didapatkan hanya 83 pasien yang memiliki catatan rekam medis lengkap sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 pasien. Analisis hasil terbanyak berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, IMT, tipe NPB, durasi NPB, riwayat penyakit dahulu, diagnosis tersering, serta tatalaksana yang didapatkan oleh pasien, yaitu: kelompok usia >65 tahun sebanyak 27 orang (32.5%), jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 55 orang (66.3%), ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 36 orang (43.4%), IMT kategori 25 – 29,9 atau obesitas I sebanyak 29 orang (34.9%), tipe nyeri radikuler sebanyak 49 orang (59.0%), NPB akut sebanyak 45 orang (54.2%), tidak mempunyai riwayat penyakit dahulu sebanyak 51 orang (61.4%), HNP Lumbal sebanyak 30 orang (36.1%), dan tatalaksana konservatif berupa medikamentosa dan fisioterapi sebanyak 81 orang (97.6%)./ Low back pain is a condition that disturbs a person's comfort due to pain that arises between the fifth lumbar segment and the first sacral (L5 – S1). LBP is the main cause of productive years’ lost, due to disability due to illness and injury in DKI Jakarta in 2017. The risk factors for LBP are age, gender, obesity, occupational factors (lifting heavy weights and non-ergonomic posture), exercise habits, and past medical history. This undergraduate thesis discusses the profile of LBP patients at the neurology polyclinic of RSU UKI in the period January 2019 – December 2020. This study used a descriptive method with a cross-sectional retrospective study design. Data were obtained by collecting and analyzing medical records of patients at the neurology polyclinic of RSU UKI who came for treatment with the main complaint of LBP. The number of research samples was determined using the total sampling method. Of the 101 LBP patients who came for treatment to the neurology polyclinic of RSU UKI in the period January 2019 – December 2020, only 83 patients had complete medical records, so the sample in this study amounted to 83 patients. Analysis based on age, gender, occupation, BMI, type of LBP, duration of LBP, past medical history, most frequent diagnoses, and patient treatments found that mostly are >65 years old (27 people which means 32.5% of it), 55 people are female (66.3%), 36 people housewives (43.4%), 29 people categorized as obesity I (34.9%), 49 people experienced radicular pain (59.0%), 45 people have acute LPB (54.2%), 51 people have no previous medical history (61.4%), 30 people diagnosed lumbar HNP (36.1%), and 81 people received conservative management in the form of medication and physiotherapy (97.6%).
