Abstract

Prevalensi adalah populasip yang memiliki karakteristik dalam waktu tertentu. Dalam kedokteran, karakteristik yang dimaksud meliputi penyakit atau faktor risiko. Di Indonesia, kasus hipertensi sangat tinggi dan hampir dialami oleh berbagai usia, jenis kelamin maupun massa tubuhnya. Dengan demikian penelitian ini akan meneliti mengenai prevalensi pasien hipertensi dengan stroke non hemoragik di rumah sakit umum Universitass Kristen Indonesiag Periode 1 Januari - 31 Maret 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian retrospektif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Menggunakan rekam medik sebagai data sekunder untuk penelitian. Dengan total sampling sebanyak 30 rekam medik dari RSU UKI. Hasil penelitian prevalensi pasien hipertensi yang menjadi stroke non hemoragik di rumah sakit umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode 1 Januari-31 Maret 2019 berjumlah 30 pasien dengan penyakit komorbid terbanyak adalah Diabete mellitus 2 dan paling banyak di alami oleh perempuan di rentan umur lansia akhir dan pada obesitas I. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan prevalensi hipertensi dengan stroke non hemoragik di RSU UKI periode 1 Januari-30 maret 2019 sangat berpengaruh pada aktivitas dan pola hidup yang baik dan sehat untuk perawatan dan pencegahan faktor risiko Stroke non Hemoragik sehingga menekan kasus hipertensi dan stroke non Hemoragik. Kata kunci: prevalensi, hipertensi, stroke non hemoragik/ Prevalence is a population that has characteristics at a certain time. In medicine, the meaning of characteristics includes disease or risk factors. In Indonesia, alone cases of hypertension are very high and almost experienced by various ages, gender, and body mass. Thus, this study will examine the prevalence of hypertensive patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke at the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital for the period 1 January - 31 March 2019. This study is retrospective type research conducted with a cross-sectional study design. Using medical records as secondary data for research. With a total sampling of 30 medical records from UKI Hospital. The results of the study on the prevalence of hypertension patients who became non-hemorrhagic strokes at the Indonesian Christian University general hospital for the period January 1-March 31, 2019 amounted to 30 patients with the most comorbid diseases being Diabetes mellitus 2 and the most experienced by women in the vulnerable age of late elderly and obesity I. This study concludes that the prevalence of hypertension with non-hemorrhagic stroke at UKI Hospital for the period 1 January-30 March 2019 is very influential on activities and a good and healthy lifestyle for the treatment and prevention of risk factors for non- hemorrhagic stroke, thereby suppressing cases of hypertension and non- hemorrhagic stroke.
